Design And Conception: Modularization Of Linear Project Of Soil And Water Conservation Plan Compiling Based On Office Software

Globally, natural and human factors, and other reasons lead to severe soil erosion. China is one of the most serious soil erosion countries in the world. In this case, China government start to pay more attention to carry out soil and water conservation work. The key of preventing, protecting and managing soil and water conservation is compiling high-quality soil and water conservation plan. Since soil and water conservation scheme report of production and construction project is regarded as the basis of carrying out soil and water conservation work, it is being paid more and more attention. Every year in China, there are tens of thousands of projects needed to be constructed. They appear not only the huge number, but also need to meet the high quality. So, Soil and water conservation professionals have plenty of work to do. Water conservancy administrative department has been looking for a convenient and effective management system for soil and water conservation work. The relevant government departments give specific clear requirements for compiling soil and water conservation plan, such as the report of section, the appended drawings, attachment, schedule, and so on. It is because of soil and water conservation scheme report is a standard document, we can divide it into twelve chapters. And for every chapter, we can define a module level. Based on this module level, we can also define a secondary module level. This classification is the process of modularization. We can get different reports though assembling different modules.In this thesis, we collected, classified, and summarized the existing linear project report of soil and water conservation programs in Shaanxi Province, Xi’an. Afterwards, we reported a design and conception of modularized linear project of soil and water conservation report in Shaanxi Province, Xi’an. The specific conclusions are listed below:(1) In a twelve chapters of soil and water conservation report, we can divide the content of every chapter into different small modules according to relevant requirements and practice experience. This is the main frame of the modularized linear project of soil and water conservation report.(2) The modular design of the responsible scope of the prevention and control of soil erosion in the soil and water conversion report is the basis to divide the specific content of chapters. This can provide the technical supports for assembling modules of the contents of chapters.(3) The modules of the responsible scope of the prevention and control of soil erosion can provide data-based supports for the modular construction of other sections. And it also can be regarded as the interfaces to other modules.
