The Post-Evaluation Of X Farm Drainage Project In Daqing

The post-evaluation of Farm drainage project plays an important role in agricultural management, but also it is the experience for completed project. By analyzing the results of evaluation, summarizing the experience and lessons, we can constantly improve the decision-making level of project management,finally improve the project benefit.In this paper,on the basic of achievements on post-evaluation of related fields, according to the engineering project characteristics, research method and theoretical research on the related analysis, quantitative analysis and qualitative researches, the farm drainage project post-evaluation index system frame preliminarily constructed. The concrete steps are: Firstly,according to the characteristics of evaluation content of farm drainage project, project post-evaluation, made clear that X farm of Daqing drainage project post-evaluation includes four aspects: process post-evaluation, economic post-evaluation, impact post-evaluation and sustainable post-evaluation. Then, using entropy and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method for quantitative analysis of indicators, to determine the importance of indicators, and carry out a detailed analysis and interpretation of each evaluation. Finally, according to the evaluation results, we can summarize the achievements and limitations of the project, not only improve the effectiveness, but also promote the similar type of projects. The indicator system shows:From production, construction, operation, the project owns good economic and social benefits,basically achieved the desired objectives. Therefore, analyze specific issues according to specific circumstances is essential.
