| my country is a country with abundant land and abundant resources.It is a country with drought and water shortage.The national water resources of 3.10 trillion 3 account for 1/6 of the global water volume,and the per capita water volume only accounts for 1/4of the global average water consumption.It is one of the countries with the most water shortage in the world.Water shortage restricts agricultural development,and irrigation districts play a vital role in protecting water resources and agricultural irrigation.Xinjiang belongs to the arid region of our country,which is short of water and rain all year round.The 221 Regiment of the 12 th Division of the Corps is one of the driest areas in Xinjiang.It is arid with little rain all year round,the climate is hot,and the average annual evaporation is large.Economic development and agricultural development have been limited by water shortages and the lack of supporting irrigation areas.Irrigation district facilities urgently need supporting renovation.The supporting renovation project of the irrigation district started in 2017 and will be put into operation in 2019.It is necessary to study the post-evaluation of the reconstruction project of the 221 regiment irrigation area to see if the supporting reconstruction of the irrigation area has brought benefits.This article starts from the actual situation of the large and medium-sized irrigation district water-saving renovation project of the 221 regiment of the 12 th Division of the Corps,and establishes a set of benefit evaluations by means of analytic hierarchy process and questionnaires on the basis of consulting domestic and foreign related documents and sorting out irrigation district data The indicator system evaluates and analyzes the benefits brought about by the 221 Regiment’s water-saving supporting transformation,and investigates and analyzes the current management status after the transformation.Draw the evaluation results,analyze the reasons for the problems after the irrigation area reconstruction,and finally put forward countermeasures and suggestions:(1)The government and related departments attach importance to the irrigation area water-saving supporting renovation projects,and invest heavily in supporting renovation;(2)Related government departments Vigorously publicize and advocate water-saving awareness to the staff of the group field;(3)Innovate the water management system of the irrigation area to keep the management up to date. |
