The Reclamation Potential And Types Of Waterlogging Cultivated Land In Laiyuan County

Along with the increasing development of society and human activities, the natural disaster happens more frequently. Especially the geological disasters destroy lots of high quality cultivated land, which reduces the quantity of cultivated land sharply, thus influences the food security and social stability. It’s huge responsibility to protect cultivated land. Besides, cultivated land is occupated by construction inevitably. This article put forwards the evaluate system that combines quantity, quality with niche from the perspective of land reclamation potential evaluation to evaluate the potential and type of waterlogging areas based on the triple pressure of food security, cultivated land protection and economic development, and takes the key areas destroyed by 7.21 floods in Laiyuan County, Baoding city, Hebei Province as the study area. The results are:(1) Explain the scientific connotation and basic characteristics of land reclamation,Select 13 evaluation factors from the conditions of soil, reclamation, ecology and society to build the cultivated land reclamation evaluation system. Determine the potential and type of cultivated land using TOPSIS and provide scientific basis for the reclamation of waterlogging cultivated land.(2) Determine the weights of evaluation factor by AHP, and then arrange the closeness size of damaged lands to one, two, three classes, which are 406.60hm2, 592.82 hm2 and 211.52 hm2 respectively. On the basis of reclamation conditions, analyzing the limiting factors by factor- combination method and dividing the reclamation land into three types:cultivated land, grassland and forest, and the areas are 879.97 hm2, 189.00hm2 and 141.96 hm2 respectively.(3) According to the results of reclamation potential and type, the reclamation types of different potential degrees of waterlogging land in Laiyuan County are reached by spatial analysis overlay. And then combine the limiting factors to go deep into analysis. The results show that:the first grade potential area is mainly type Ⅰ, and the areas of Ⅰ, Ⅱ, Ⅲ are 331.38 hm2, 60.24 hm2, and14.97 hm2 respectively. The area of type Ⅲ is less than the other two, which is 52.45 hm2 in second grade, and the type Ⅰand Ⅱ are 411.96 hm2 and 128.41 hm2. The third grade is mainly type Ⅰand Ⅲ, and the areas of three types are 136.63 hm2, 0.35 hm2, and74.53 hm2.(4)On the basis of analyzing the reclamation potential and types of cultivated land and combine the actual situation of study area, this article provides specific measures and suggestions from the aspects of land use, soil fertilization enrichment and scientific use of land in principle of sustainable use of land resource and aiming at the reestablishment of cultivated land.
