Lavender is a spice plant with good ornamental effect, according to its demands on the environment and the proper growthing latitude and longitude requirements, can be grown in the central Inner Mongolia adequate ligh、big temperature difference between day and night of the cold climate conditions, so the introduction to Inner Mongolia plant domestication research has certain feasibility. From 2013 to 2014,the author did study in the Dongs he ng area of Ordos city of Inner Mongolia landscaping nursery research field which made experiments for lavender introduction and its adaptability. After 2 years of experimental observation, it has proved that under the conditions of different fertilization and growth status, the three varieties of lavender existed obvious difference. This experiment carries on the single factor experiment and L9 (34) orthogonal experiment.Four factors are:water cycle, varieties, planting conditions, fertilization. And the determination of the three levels will be made respectively. Among them, the three levels of the water cycle are three days, five days, ten days, while the categories can be divided into broad leaf, toothed leaves, fine varieties for leaf, planting conditions for laminating, tunnel, bare land, and fertilizer condition for fertilizer, nitrogen fertilizer and compound fertilizer. The results are as follows:lavender under the condition of plastic film with 5 days for high irrigation cycle, plants best; Under the condition of tunnel to 5 days for high irrigation cycle, lavender plants do best; On the bare land,3 days as high infusion cycle of lavender plants do best. As comprehensive analysis, lavender under the condition of plastic film to five days for the water cycle is the biggest in all tested strains seedling growth.the broad leaf lavender in 3 days for the water cycle, and its flowering rate is the highest; Tooth leaf lavender in 3 days for the water cycle, whose flowering rate is the highest; Fine leaf lavender in 5 days for the water cycle, whose flowering rate is the best. Broad leaf lavender in 3 days for the water cycle, its crown growth grows best; Tooth leaf lavender in 10 days for the water cycle, its crown growth does best;Fine leaf lavender in 5 days for the water cycle, its crown growth is best. The optimal combination of the orthogonal experiment is the no fertilizer, irrigation cycle for 3 days, germplasm resources for fine leaf lavender, growing conditions for plastic mulch, lavender seedling height, crown breadth, and flowering rate to achieve the optimal.
