In this study, the different ages wine grapes "Gernischt" as experimental materials ,studying the change rule of wine grape cluster length, longitudinal and trsndverse diameter, titratable acids, carbohydrates, chlorophyll, photosynthetic characteristics and sucrose-metabolism enzymes. The study results showed that:1, The grapes into the swollen period, with increasing age, the horizontal fruit, longitudinal diameter also increased., In every major growth period, the increase of age promoted fruit weight and cluster length,but had no significant effect on fruit shape index2, In young fruit and swollen period, the increasing age of grape could increase the content of chlorophyll a, but in the version and maturation, there was little effect changes in chlorophyll-a. In veraison and maturity, age increasing decreased the contents of carotonoid. In maturity, age increasing promoted chlorophyll a/b.3, Increasing age promoted the net photosynthetic rate, stomatal conductance and transpiration rate,but restrained intercellular CO2 concentration.Pn and Gs in phenological period presented unimodal curve, and bimodal curve changed in maturition. And Pn followed the change of Gs.4, In the expansion period, the impact of age on the sucrose content changed significantly, increasing the age of sucrose accumulation could promote. Another period age of the sucrose content was not obvious. In enlargement and veraison reducing sugar content grew rapidly, but the change of age on reducing sugar content was not obvious.5, In young fruit and enlargement, increasing age could reduce the titratable acid content; at maturity, the content of total phenolic and tannin decreased when grape age increases. Veraison to maturity,increasing age could significantly increase the content of fruit anthocyanis.6, Acid invertase activity had high activity in the whole growth period. In swollen period, increasing age promoted the activity of AI; the activity of neutral invertase was low overall, in young fruit stage and swollen period,increasing age improved the NI activity, in version the change or age had no affects on NI activity. In various growth stages, age had no significant effect on the activity of SS, in maturition, the increasing age promoted the activity of SPS.
