In order to explore the effects of three plant growth regulators ABA, ETH and BR on fruit quality and anthocyanins, making Cabernet Gernischt colonized in 2002 as test material, by the use of 100 mg·L-1,200 300 mg·L-1 abscisic acid,400 mg·L-1,500 mg·L-1,600 mg·L-1 Ethephon, and 0.1 mg·L-1,0.4 mg·L-1,0.8 mg·L-1 Brassinolide, this research determined leaves and fruit quality indexes during grape maturity, and makes qualitative and quantitative analysis of anthocyanins by using high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC), the results as follow:1. Three plant growth regulators can effectively improve the grape leaf photosynthetic characteristics,0.8 mg·L-1BR treatment can significantly improve the net photosynthetic rate of the wine grapes, promote the accumulation of photosynthetic products, increased 27.98% compared with control.2. Three plant growth regulators treatment can effectively improve fruit quality, improve the total anthocyanins, flavonoids and total phenolicd and PAL activity. By contrast, the effect of 0.8 mg·L-1BR treatment is significantly higher than other processing:fruit soluble total sugar, reducing sugar and sucrose content respectively increased 21.94%,41.77% and 41.21% compared with control; grape peel flavonoids, anthocyanins and total phenol content respectively increased 33.85%,27.17% and 20.41%, and the peel PAL activity increased 35.18% compared with control.3. It finds out 9 kinds of anthocyanins:Dp3-glu, Cy3-glu, Pt3-glu, Pn3-glu, Mv3-glu, Pn3-acet-glu, Mv3-acet-glu, Pn3-coum-glu and Mv3-coum-glu. By handling the grape peel of Cabernet Gernischt with different concentrate of plant regulator, the 9 kinds of anthocyanins monomer concentrations were improved compared with the control. Among them, the 0.8 mg-L"1 BR gets the best effect:the main color anthocyanins Pt3-glu, Mv3-glu, Mv3-acet-glu and Mv3-coum-glu respectively increased 58.43%, 84.93%,59.36% and 84.93%compared with control.Comprehensively analysis that, during grape maturity,0.8 mg·L-1BR treatment can significantly promote the grapes mature, increase the accumulation of anthocyanins content on grape peel, significantly improve Cabernet Gernischt grape fruit quality.
