Sugarcane is a common crop in tropical and subtropical regions. Although foreign sugar cane harvesting machinery in the study of history for decades,and domestic also has appeared cane harvester, sugarcane machines and other equipment,they still need to manually bind the sugarcane which had already removed the leaves,This way the efficiency is too low,and the labor intensity is big.There is no dedicated to sugar cane automatic strapping machine can buy on the market, so the development achievements of sugarcane automatic strapping machine can fill in the blank of this field in China Agricultural machinery industry, has the widespread application prospect.In this paper, through the sugar cane producer actual study, and communicate with the Sugarcane farmers as well as sugar refinery exchange, determine cane automatic strapping machine design task. First make a overall scheme of sugar cane automatic strapping machine, then each function module of the binder of the planning and design, particularly the use of incomplete gear mechanism design of transmission device with staggered timing function, meet the strapping machine turn to complete in the control under the pure mechanical material, blanking, Extrusion, wire feeding, knotted action.
