Object:This study was designed that Fertility-promoting Powder,Cyst-regulating Powder and combination of the drugs Oxytocin,Cloprostenol, Estradiol Benzoate, Luteinizing Hormon Ereleasing A3and other medicine have an impact on effective therapy of uterine involution in the postpartum cows, the content was determined by rectal examination about ovarian and the recovery of uterine shape, lochia emissions and weaning-estrous interval and conception rate, at the same time detection of hormone level changes,and the therapeutic effect on uterine involution was observed.Methods:in experiment1:To deal postpartum cows with Fertility-promoting Powder, do a rectal examination about the uterus shape, observe lochia emissions in uterus and weaning-estrous interval, statistics conception rate, then analyze the impact of Cyst-regulating Powder on concentration of luteinizing hormone(LH), follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH), progesterone(P4), estradiol(E2) from the serum of postpartum dairy cows by enzyme-linked immunoassay (ELISA).In experiment2:To deal postpartum cows with Cyst-regulating Powder, do a rectal examination about the uterus shape, observe lochia emissions in uterus and weaning-estrous interval, statistics conception rate, then analyze the impact of Cyst-regulating Powder on concentration of luteinizing hormone(LH), follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH), progesterone(P4), estradiol(E2) from the serum of postpartum dairy cows by enzyme-linked immunoassay (ELISA).In experiment3:To deal postpartum cows with combination of the drugs Oxytocin,Cloprostenol, Estradiol Benzoate, Luteinizing Hormon Ereleasing A3and other medicine, do a rectal examination about the uterus shape, observe lochia emissions in uterus and weaning-estrous interval, statistics conception rate.Results:in experiment1the results is,①The synchronization rate of treatment group was75%,90%in the30days and40days,the conception rate of treatment group were65%within60days.②The time of lochia emissions was12.4days, was earlier6.6days than the control;the recovery of uterine horn and cervix uterus and ovarian is extremely significant earlier than the control (P<0.01).③In serum, the FSH content of treatment group were on the rise at the5th day,and peaked at the30th day, the difference was extremely significant(P<0.01) in the same period compared with the control;The LH content of treatment group were on the rise at the15th day,and peaked at the20th day, thedifference was extremely significant(P<0.01) in the same period compared with the control;The P4content of treatment group were on the rise at the20th day, the difference was extremely significant(P<0.01) at the20th day compared with the control, and peaked at the25th day, the difference doesn’t markedly(P>0.05) compared with the control;the E2content of treatment group were maximized at the20th and30th day, and extremely significant difference (P<0.01) at the same time compared with the control.In experiment2,the results is:①The synchronization rate of treatment group was80%,85%in the30days and45days,the conception rate of treatment group were55%within60days.②The time of lochia emissions was13.8days, was earlier5.2days than the control;the recovery of uterine horn and cervix uterus and ovarian is extremely significant earlier than the control (P<0.01).③In serum, the FSH content of treatment group were on the rise at the5th day,and peaked at the25th day, the difference was extremely significant(P<0.01) in the same period compared with the control;the fluctuation trend throughout the testing process was similar with the control group;The LH content of treatment group were on the rise at the10th day,and peaked at the25th day, the difference was extremely significant(P<0.01) in the same period compared with the control;The P4content of treatment group were on the rise at the15th day, the difference was extremely significant(P<0.01) at the20th day compared with the control, and peaked;The E2content of treatment group were extremely significant difference (P<0.01) within the15days compared with the control, were on the rise at the15th day,and were maximized at the20th and30th day, and extremely significant difference (P<0.01) at the same time compared with the control. In experiment3,the Results show:①The synchronization rate of treatment group was75%,90%in the30days and45days,the conception rate of treatment group were55%within60days,②The time of lochia emissions was10days, was earlier6days than the control;the recovery of uterine horn and cervix uterus and ovarian is extremely significant earlier than the control (P<0.01),Conclusion:Fertility-promoting Powder and Cyst-regulating Powder have moderating effect on the content of reproductive hormones in serum in the period of uterine involution in postpartum cows, and promote early oestrus,at the same time Fertility-promoting Powder and Cyst-regulating Powder and combination of the drugs exogenous hormones and other medicine has significant therapeutic effect on recovery of uterus reproductive function in the postpartum cows, and improve the conception rate in the early postpartum, shorten calving interval...
