The Effects Of Xiaonang Powder On Dairy Cow Follicular Cysts

Dairy farming industry as the dominant industry in Inner Mongolia,has been developed to scale.However,the ovarian cysts of dairy cows have a great impact on the dairy farming industry.This paper discusses the effect of traditional Chinese medicine on ovarian cysts and the changes of ovarian and uterus morphological changes in ovarian cysts treated by uterine perfusion Mechanism of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Treating Follicular Cyst of Dairy Cow with.Through the observation,rectal examination and imaging to make a scientific diagnosis.The follicle follicle,ovary and uterus were measured every 2 days,and compared with the pre-irrigation procedure.The results are as follows:This thesis is composed by:(1)Screening of Dairy Cow in Ovarian Cysts;(2)he effect of traditional xiaonang power on the ovary after treatment;(3)The effect of P4 on the P4,E2,FSH and LH of xiaonang power。Result shows that:(1)clinical comprehensive diagnosis;ovarian cyst typical symptoms of Manic and panic,mainly in the milk production of large dairy cows and multiple cows.B super comprehensive diagnosis;unilateral or bilateral ovarian existence of 25mm and 25mm above the pathological follicles,you can determine the follicular cyst.(2)texperimental group of 10 cysts cows uterus perfusion capsule capsule,the effective number of head 4,the effective rate of 40%.The number of invalid headers is 3,and the inefficiency is 30%.The effective rate of 50%.The number of invalid headers is 2,and the inefficiency is 20%.Cyst follicles began to decrease from the beginning of administration,and the diameter of follicles on the 6th day after treatment was significantly different from that before treatment(P<0.05).Ovarian and cervix before and after treatment difference was not significant(P>0.05),but the actual diameter slightly lower than before irrigation There was significant difference in uterine horn since day 16(P<0.05).(3)The significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The E2 content in the test group was significantly different from that in the control group(P<0.05)at 4d,6d,8d and 10d after the withdra.There was no significant difference in FSH content between the two groups before and after irrigation.The LH content of the test group was significantly different on the 18th day after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:Simply through the rectal examination is not very easy to accurately diagnose the structure of ovarian cysts,the use of B ultrasound and E2/P4 ratio of the diagnosis of more’ accurate.Uterine perfusion of traditional Chinese medicine capsule capsule cysts after the reduction of follicular diameter,returned to normal,there are estrous performance and pregnancy.It is effective to treat dairy follicular cysts through uterine perfusion of Chinese medicine in this way.Xiaonang power through the increase in the degree of E2,promote the hypothalamus-pituitary-ovarian axis of the positive feedback regulation,thereby promoting cyst follicle ovulation.
