Tea tree thrives in dank tropical to subtropical climates, and its growth requires a high-humidity environment. However, this environment is also highly suitable for the growth of many types of insects and fungi. To ensure high quality and yield, about98%of all cultivated tea is subjected to pesticides to eliminate fungi and insects. This experiment was carried out using different techniques to study the polyphenols. water extract contents, aromatic compounds, amino acids, and flavonoid contents of tea and explore the influence of different pesticides (e.g., Amistar, A riser and spraying diafenthiuron combination) on tea quality.1. Hangzhou Tea was analyzed and five different treatments were performed, and each sample was labeled T1to T5.2. Polyphenols were determined in each sample. After using the spraying agent for16d, the fresh tea polyphenol contents in samples T1, T2, T3. T4, and T5were6.17%,7.16%,7.16%,7.13%, and7.23%. respectively. In dried tea, the polyphenol contents in samples T1. T2, T3, T4, and T5were26.22%,32.51%,32.1%,31.31%, and33.64%, respectively. These results show that minimal polyphenol levels may be found in sample T1.2. Water extract contents were determined in each sample. Here, the respective dry tea extract contents in samples T1, T2, T3, T4, and T5were41.09%,42.07%,39.47%,38.17%, and36.02%. Compared with the water extract content in treatment T5, those in samples T1, T2. T3, and T4showed increases of5.07%,6.06%,3.46%. and2.15%. respectively.3. Aromatic components were determined in each sample. The respective β-linalool contents in samples T1, T2. T3. T4. and T5were4.23%,4.16%,3.82%.4.59%, and2.80%; T5treated less; the total amount of these17components, T1, T3, higher than T5, T4. T5and T2lower than that.4. The amounts of amino acids in samples T1, T2, T3, T4, and T5were93.09,120.06,90.74,123.24, and97.63mg/g. respectively.5. Flavonoids were determined in each sample. The contents of Yang ADM in samples T1,T2, T3, T4. and T5were1.93.2.02,1.57,1.44, and1.75mg/g. respectively. The quercetin contents in T1, T2, T3, T4. and T5were3.18.3.08,2.75,2.66, and3.25mg/g, respectively. The kaempferol contents in T1, T2, T3, T4, and T5were0.96,1.05,0.87,0.82. and0.87mg/g. respectively.
