Study On The Forestry Health Evaluation And Sustainable Management Evaluation Of Shunchang County

Forest ecosystem health evaluation and forestry sustainable management research is an important field in the study of forestry and ecological protection. Although the two aspects of the syudy is controversial, but is the results of their research can provide scientific basis for scientific forest management measures, play an important role in improving the forestry sustainable management and higher theoretical and practical significance Shunchang county is the important region of southern China in forestry. The healthy and sustainable forestry management evaluation is great significance. Based on the previous theory studies of forest health and forestry sustainable management evaluation, the health condition of the arbor forest and forestry sustainable management was evaluated. Meanwhile, the theoretical basis for forestry sustainable management was provided, and discusses the technical measures of sustainable management. The main conclusions of this paper were as follows:(1) In this paper, based on sub-compartments research an index system of shunchang county forest health evaluation be set up,which contains productivity, organizational structure and resistance. The index system contains15specific indexes. First, this paper use the method of expert consultation assign the indexes weights, then use the analytical hierarchy process to calculate the weights of each index. Then, according to the predecessors’research and the relevant standards determine index reference value and standardized the indexes. Finally, use the method of comprehensive index to complete the evaluation of the health of Shunchang34621arbor sub-compartments. The evaluation results show that:among the34621sub-compartments of Shunchang county arbor, there are19516sub-compartments are healthy. They cover an area of868502mu. There is60.06%of the area of the arbor in Shunchang. There are14832sub-compartments are sub-health. They cover an area of562482mu.There is38.90%of the area of the arbor in Shunchang. There are219sub-compartments are unhealthy. They cover an area of12107mu. There is0.84%of the total area of the study area. There are54sub-compartments are pathological. They cover an area of2891mu.There is0.20%of the area of the arbor in Shunchang. Above all, the number of health sub-compartments and sub-health sub-compartments is the largest. The arbor in Shunchang overall health index is1.9403.Its health condition in the health state.(2) This paper take the sustainable development as the instruction, embarks from the forestry actual situation of Shunchang county, an index system of sustainable management evaluation be set up, which contains natural resources, economic and social sustainability. The index system contains20specific indexes. First, this paper use the method of expert consultation assign the indexes weights, then use the analytical hierarchy process to calculate the weights of each index. Then, according to the predecessors’research and the relevant standards determine index reference value to standard the indexes. Finally, use the method of comprehensive index to complete the evaluation of forestry sustainable management of Shunchang Research results show that:forestry sustainable management synthesis index is0.8065, is at the condition of the sustainable management.(3) According to the evaluation results, the sustainable forest management measures of shunchang are proposed from the ecological culture, economic culture and social culture.
