The purpose of this project is to study the Monascus use as a feed additive on growth performance Jinghong chicken blood conventional indicators and the impact of immune organ index. So as to achieve the development of pollution-free, no residue, safe and reliable green feed additive to replace antibiotics, improve animal’s immune system, reducing its feed costs, the purpose of improving the quality of livestock products.In this experiment, a 90-day-old chicken into Jinghong test. Were randomly divided into three groups, two experimental groups (0.5% and 1% of the high dose group and low dose group, as the impact of low-dose group compared to the test) and a control group. Monascus neomycin were added 0.5% in the feed (group 1),1% (group 2), the additive mixed in the basal diet administered continuously 30d. The control group was fed the basal diet (which does not add any additives). Measured during the trial period Jinghong chicken production performance, measured after 30d feeding routine blood test indicators Jinghong chicken, indicators of immune organ index of immune organs and tissue tests comparing observed slice. Test results are as follows:1, in the determination of the Jinghong chicken growth performance among the amount of feed intake and average daily gain and feed efficiency for Jinghong chicken measurement results show that after the Jinghong chickens tested 30d, experimental group 1 and group 2 between the control group and weight gain, feed intake and feed efficiency slightly significant difference (P<0.05). Among them, feed efficiency test a group than the control group increased by 17.02%, feed efficiency test 2 group than in the control group increased by 16.29%. But a group of experimental test between two groups was not significant (P> 0.05).2, the Jinghong chicken routine blood parameters were measured among Jinghong chickens tested after 30d, experimental group 1 and group 2 and the red blood cell count between the control group, the white blood cell count, hemoglobin and slightly significant difference in the number of lymphocytes content (P<0.05). Among them, the experimental group than in the control group a lymphocyte content than the 17.63% increase, the test group than in the control group 2 lymphocyte content than the 16.72% increase. But a group of experimental test between two groups was not significant (P> 0.05).3, through the control group and the experimental group of chickens necropsy 1,2 observable experimental group and a test group than in the control group 2 spleen has increased significantly changed. While Group 2 was most visible in the liver weighed liver enlargement phenomenon.4, in the organ coefficient index Jinghong chicken immune organs were measured, giving Jinghong chicken 30d test substance, the experimental group 1 and group 2 differences between the control group and organ coefficient slightly (P<0.05). Among them, but among the test groups was not significantly different (P> 0.05).5, by contrast tissue slices experimental observation of Jinghong chicken immune organs derived, were selected to the level of magnification in the fine structure observed in the spleen, liver did not change significantly different, but the thymus were found to test a small group and the experimental group 2 more than the control group between the intensity of lymphocytes. Therefore, this experiment carried out physiological and biochemical indexes and immune organ effects Jinghong chicken to study medicine fumagillin Monascus, in order to promote the healthy development of animal husbandry and green feed industry.
