Angola Malanje current production level is low, traditional farming, harvesting methods most used; resulting in the mechanization level is almost zero. Agricultural Development in accordance with the scale of construction projects in the matching of agricultural machinery and equipment, theorized that with its ancillary equipment such as tractors should be large and medium-based, but with the amount of selection and the calculation of a certain lack of farm machinery and equipment the scientific basis. In this paper, Angola Malanje farming area for the study of mechanized production systems are two main crops of corn and soybeans to optimize the configuration studies, has been optimized with a more reasonable solution for the rational allocation of the project area provides agricultural some theoretical basis and reference value. The main contents and conclusions are as follows:(1) This paper describes the current situation of agricultural production in Malanje, crop growing conditions, planting corn and soybean agronomic and systems developed Malanje agricultural development major field crops grown mechanized processes and production processes.(2)In combination with the option to request the local agricultural machinery and the actual investigation data, identify 8 field machinery current for development zone scale operation; and the work unit for matching calculation and analysis, so as to make the unit plan reasonable.(3)The number of agricultural machinery with crew and variable operating frequency to minimize the cost of the annual operating machinery as the objective function, the use of linear programming methods Malanje agricultural development Agricultural systems modeling; and the use of computer software to solve the model analysis.(4)In this paper, using seven indicators to the system with a plan and analysis of technical and economic evaluation, finally get the optimal allocation scheme of agricultural machinery more reasonable. The results show that: the improved scheme reduces the number of dynamic mechanical machine 9.62%, total investment cost is reduced by 32.35%, the total cost of the operation is reduced by 20.15%, the unit power burden area about 36.13% increase. The optimized scheme improves the effective utilization rate of agricultural machinery equipment system and use value, in the protection of agricultural production tasks at the same time, reducing the mechanical operation cost per unit area, increasing the economic benefit in agricultural production.
