It could be developed into a new green feed additive for the pharmacological function of these matter. In this experiment, different doses of pine needles polysaccharide were added in the diet of 815 broilers, to determin the effects of pine needles polysaccharide on the prodution performance, slaughter performance, biochemical indicators in serum and immuinty function to study the mechanism of proving the growth performance of broiler. This experiment adopting 300 815 broilers with similar birth weight. They were randomly divided into 5 groups, with 4 replicates of15 broilers. These broilers were set in the control group(fed with just basal diet),antibiotics group(fed with basal diet+0.5% antibiotics), 0.05%, 0.10% and 0.15% pine needles polysaccharide groups(fed with basal diet+0.05%, 0.10% and 0.15% pine needles polysaccharide). The experiment lasted 63 d. The change of indiactors related to growth performance, slaughter performance, biochemical indicators in serum and immuinty function were determined in different stages of poultry. The results showed:(1) Compared with control group, pine needles polysaccharide group suppresses the chicken feed intake, promote weight, reduce ratio of feed to gain(P>0.05), improve the production performance of broilers, and the effect is close to the antibiotics group. The effect of pine needle polysaccharides mainly reflected in the medium term(22~42 d).And with the increase of the pine needles polysaccharide additive, the daily body weight gain of 815 broilers increased after the first reduce trends. In our test, the group fed with0.10% pine needles had the highest prodution performance(P<0.05).(2) Pine needles polysaccharide had no significant effect on the slaughter performance of broilers(P>0.05). Except 0.05% pine needles polysaccharide group improved the poultry’s slaughter rates of broilers in later growth stage(43~63 d) highly significantly(P<0.01), which was 4.62% higher than that of the control group.(3) The addition of 0.05% pine needles polysaccharide can improve the blood glucose levels in serum of broilers in the medium-term(P<0.05), and inducing glucose metabolism in the body. It maybe promoted protein metabolism by increasing the content of total protein and albumin, It had significantly reduce the levels of TC and TG and LDL in serum(P<0.05), which was helpful in lipid-lowering efficacy. But it has the opposite effect in the later stage.(4) Pine needles polysaccharide had no significant effect on the immuinty organ index of broilers(P>0.05), but the broiler serum tumor necrosis factor and interleukin 2and thymosin were significantly incrased(P<0.05). Especially the group adding with0.05% pine needles polysaccharide has best effect. Compared to the control group, theconcentration of IL-2 of the group of 0.05% pine needles polysaccharide increased 176%(P<0.01)and the concentration of TNF-α increased 32.4%(P<0.05). In later growth stage, the concentration of thymosin 0.10% pine needles polysaccharide has best effect, increased 62.2% than that of the control group(P<0.05).Pine needle polysaccharide can strengthen the immune function of broilers by raising the humoral immune index, to enhance the prodution performance, whose effect is close to antibiotic group. And in the growth medium term, pine needles polysaccharide can regulate the body’s fat metabolism. Overall, adding 0.05% pine needles polysaccharide can obtain good effect of 815 broilers. | | Keywords/Search Tags: | Pine needles polysaccharide, Production performance, Slaughter performance, Biochemical indicators in serum, Immuinty function, Broilers | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
