In this paper, the present conditions and the main problems of the existences of the plastic film residue collecting and its collector machine are analyzed. Based on the study of a type of air blast plastic film collector before spring sowing, the study on the key work parts of the spring tooth collection plastic and wind path applying visualized virtual design, finite element analysis, optimization and simulation technologies are conducted. Field investigation has been carried out to provide important references for the structure techniques and parameter design of the type of air blast plastic film collector before spring sowing. For these purposes, mainly study from the following several aspects are conducted in this paper.1. By means of characteristic analysis of the main working parts—spring tooth, the equation of kinematics and dynamics are established, which operates in the cause of collection film; and spring tooth' arrangement mode which can not leak collection continuously 6cm under the ground.2. By means of execution experiment rack and experiment confirmation, ascertain the better structural shape of spring tooth which front row spring tooth is back curve ,rotate speed is 1000 round per minute and back row is disk, rotate speed is 600 round per minute, all these provide conditions to the machinery design.3. Applying MSC.Nastran and MSC.Fatigue finite element analysis software, this paper analyzed spring tooth with stress, mode and fatigue life analysis, then received stress and fatigue life nephogram. From simulation analysis, we find the causation of the disjunction and distortion of the spring tooth and optimize it, all these provide the theory support to spring tooth's design.4. Through studying wind path with CFD computational fluid dynamic simulation, we found the reason that air current is not smooth and the air path' elevation can not too be big, then optimize the model.Through several aspects research, we aim to explore more reasonable structure parameters of the spring tooth and wind path, in order to provide important theory gist to the air blast plastic film collector before spring sowing' research work.
