Film planting has brought considerable economic benefits and produced serious film residue.Based on this,researchers have developed various types of film collectors according to the characteristics of residual film,but the problems of large film stripping resistance,high film winding rate,limited loading capacity and low operating efficiency are still prominent.In this study,on the basis of the structure of the elastic tooth chain harrow type residual film collector,a rake type residual plastic film collector with guide chain was developed.The structure and working characteristics of each component are analyzed,and the structural parameters of the key components are determined.By means of simulation software,the stress and strain of each component at work are analyzed.A physical prototype was made,and its performance was verified by field experiments,and the best working parameters were obtained.The specific research contents can be summarized as the following parts:(1)In order to improve the film picking rate of chain rake type residual film collector,reduce the film stripping resistance and film wrapping rate,and improve the loading capacity,a rake type residual plastic film collector with guide chain was developed.The mechanism was analyzed from the perspective of mechanism motion and force,and the design parameters of the film pickup mechanism,the impurity removal device,the film stripping mechanism and the film pushing mechanism were determined.The rake tooth,guide rake tooth assembly,rake teeth deflection chute and debris removal device structure were designed,and the structural parameters of key components of film pick-up mechanism are determined by motion parameter calculation and force analysis.UG NX was used to design the rotary stripping mechanism,and the force analysis was carried out to determine the installation position and rotation radius of the rotating stripping mechanism.Based on the crank-rocker mechanism,a film pushing mechanism was designed and its structural parameters were determined.According to the structure of each component,the transmission system is designed and the key working parameters are determined.(2)The motion simulation and finite element analysis were carried out for the key parts of the machine.The motion simulation analysis of the film picking mechanism was carried out with the help of UG NX,and the trajectory,velocity and acceleration curves of the rake tooth tip in the pickup stage were obtained.ANSYS Workbench was used to simulate and analyze the rake gear and guide rake gear assembly,and the maximum stress and maximum deformation of the two were obtained.The multi-body dynamics simulation of the push-film mechanism was carried out by UG NX.The load transfer data were screened to determine the force limit value and force direction of the key rods.The strength of the rods were checked based on the load transfer results.The modal analysis of the bending edge conveyor chain was carried out,and the inherent frequency and vibration pattern of the bending edge conveyor were obtained.The simulation results show that the motion parameters and structural strength meet the design requirements.(3)In order to explore the working performance of the machine and the influence of various factors on the film pickup rate and film winding rate of the machine,the manufacturing and test of the prototype were completed,and the optimal working parameters were obtained.Based on the results of the proposed horizontal orthogonal test of the prototype,the response surface test was conducted with the help of Design-Expert.The test results showed that the order of the factors affecting the film pick-up rate and film wrapping rate from large to small is the depth of the rake tooth into the soil,the speed of the machine and the input speed of the chain rake.Through the optimization of the test results,the theoretical optimal value of the working parameters of the machine is obtained : the speed of the machine is 6.2 km / h,the depth of the rake tooth is 80 mm,and the input speed of the chain rake is 186 r / min.The field verification test was carried out with the optimized operating parameters,and the film picking rate and film wrapping rate were87.8 % and 1.5 %.
