Selenium is one of the trace elements necessary for the human body,human can through food intake selenium,in China, nearly 2/3 people lived in a lack of selenium intake area,its serious impact on the health of local residents,so developed and enriched selenium enriched fertilizer products has become a research focus of many scholars. Camellia as peculiar woody edible oil tree species in China, the oil color is clear and taste sweet.Its nutritious,containing more than 90%of linoleic acid and unsaturated fatty acid, oleic acid resistant storage, is the high quality cooking oil. Development is conducive to the promotion of green tea selenium enriched tea cultivation technology, further improve the yield and quality of Camellia Camellia planting, improve economic efficiency, increase the income of farmers.In this paper, we made a organic humic acid containing water-soluble selenium titanium fertilizer and organic humic acid containing water-soluble selenium enzyme fertilizer, and for object of study is the low yield camellia forest in Dao Jiang Guangxi, to explore the influence of camellia yield after se-enriched fertilizer and to provides more basis for selenium fertilization and for further production of se-enriched products and improve the yield and quality of tea oil camellia provide theoretical guidance,we made some field testing to test the selenium fertilizer’s effect. Through the combination of soil and foliar fertilization in phase, designed 5 treatments, namely CK, Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ, Ⅳ, The layout of the 4 randomized complete block fertilization experiment, and studied the selenium fertilization migration after SE elements in soil and tea tree body, discusses the impact of selenium fertilizer on the yield of Camellia oleifera.(1) Development of the humic acid containing water soluble organic selenium titanium fertilizer:mainly used for spraying,Each 100g titanium containing humic acid soluble selenium fertilizer containing:①more than 4% of the humic acid,②nearly 20% N+P2O5+K2O, ③25% urea sulfate,④it containing Se nearly 10%,⑤Ti nearly 4%,⑥the pH is 8.41; each(2) Humic acid containing water-soluble selenium enzyme fertilizer containing: ① more than 4% humic acid, ②the protein is about 30%, ゛ctivated carbon is about 8%, ④nearly 20% N+P2O5+K2O, ゛nd it containing Se nearly 5%,⑥the pH is 5.4.(3) With the increase of applying selenium fertilizer amount, different selenium treated oil tea seed yield per plant increased, the differences between different fertilization treatments significantly. Among them, high selenium treatment IV camellia tree yield reached the highest,4.67kg/strain,33% higher than CK treatment area, processing area increased by 57% than I..(4) Through different fertilizer treatments, the use of selenium in se-enriched fertilizer camellia trees higher than not applying selenium fertilizer trees, especially in Ⅳ area, the growth of selenium content in camellia trees is the highest, compared CK and I treatment area, the total selenium content was increased 46.3μg/kg, leave selenium content was increased 33.16μg/kg, fruit selenium content increased 4.74μg/kg, selenium content in root increased by 0.39μg/kg respectively take selenium content increased 1.73μg/kg, respectively, of selenium were increased 4.81μg/kg, trunk selenium content increased 2.30μg/kg.(5) Studies indicate that selenium treatment of selenium are mainly distributed in the tea leaf and tea in fruit, other parts according to the root, flower, branch, stem distribution gradually decreasing proportion.(6) Distribution of nutrient elements in tea tree in NPK for all N> K> P, among them the content of element N is highest, the average value is 6.53mg/kg, the K content, the average value is 5.18 mg/kg, the content of the P element at least, its average value is 0.15 mg/kg.(7) Se enriched fertilizer on nutrient elements in the soil are affected, the significant difference between different fertilizer treatments, including rich in selenium after fertilization, Ⅲtreatment containing 2.74mg/kg Se is the highest value in the Se content in the soil, and the amount of nutrient elements in III processing area containing 4.49% organic matter,1.74g/kg total nitrogen, and 51.8mg/kg effective potassium,are also the highest in all treatment, in II treatment, the content of soil effective phosphorus is the highest, the average of 2.8 mg/kg.To sum up, through the foliage and soil occurrence,the titanium containing humic acid soluble selenium fertilizer and Humic acid containing water-soluble selenium enzyme fertilizer can effectively improve the tea yield, and improve the selenium content of tea oil tree body, in the se, leaf and fruit tea nutrition organ selenium are mainly distributed in the tea oil tree body in the future, research and development of selenium rich products provide effective theoretical foundation, develop a good prospect for the application of selenium in tea production.
