Phellodendron amurense Rupr. (Rutaceae) is a deciduous tree commonly called the Amur cork tree. It is the national II level key protected endangered species and a kind of endemic species in China. It is well known in both timber and medicinal purpose, and has huge market value. The secondary metabolites of P. amurense are berberine态jatrorrhizine and palmatine. These alkaloids are widely used in various medicines and become the main ingredients. This research through different concentrations of phosphorus and potassium to explore the optimal cultivation conditions of Seedlings growth and accumulation of three main alkaloids. These results provide theoretical basis for the effective use and protection of P. amurense.1. Effects of phosphorus on the growth and alkaloid content in P. amurense seedlings(1) In the three test results, the seedlings height, stem diameter and biomass are increasing with the increase of processing days and on the 45th day gets the maximum. Overall, under different concentration of phosphorus processing, seedlings height, stem diameter and biomass increased with phosphorus concentration was first increased and then decreased, and the phosphorus concentration of lmmol/L gets the maximum.(2) Under different phosphorus treatments, the three main alkaloids of seedlings have significant difference, but are all increased with the days of treatment. Finally, no matter the unit alkali content or the total alkali content, when the concentration of lmmol/L is the highest, while the 0. lmmol/L treatment was the lowest.2. Effects of potassium on the growth and alkaloid content in P. amurense seedlings(1) Under different concentrations of potassium, seedlings have different height. In the first sample, the phosphorus concentration of 6mmol/L gets the maximum. In the following two samples, its height get the maximum at the concentration of potassium 4mmol/L. And the seedlings height is increasing with the processing time. Three samples of seedling stem diameter was maximum at 4mmol/L, followed by 6mmol/L. The total seedlings biomass show with increasing concentration of potassium the biomass increases in the early period, and at 6mmol/L gets the maximum. However, the latter period show the biomass was first increased and then decreased with potassium concentration, and at 4mmol/L gets the maximum.(2) Under different concentrations of potassium, berberine and palmatine contents are increasing with the increase of processing days and on the 45th day gets the maximum, but jatrorrhizine content was increased first and then decreased over time, the maximum on the 30th day. On the 15th day, the alkaloid content of seedlings increased with the concentration of potassium, and at 6mmol/L gets the maximum. However, the latter period show with the potassium concentration increased alkaloid content first increased and then decreased, and at...
