Effects Of Organic Fertilizer On Soil Nutrient Status And Industrial Availability Of Hainan Cigar Wrapper

In 2013-2014, field trials of organic fertilizer were taken in Hainan Dan Zhou Cigar Tobacco Cultivation Base. Release of different organic fertilizer and the effects of different organic fertilizers and different ratio of organic manure and chemical fertilizer on soil properties and quality of cigar wrapper were studied. The test results were as follows 1. Release regular pattern of different organic fertilizerRelease rate of several organic fertilizer showed cake fertilizer > straw> dung in cigar fields, and cake fertilizer was better for cigar fields. 2. Effects of different organic fertilizers on industrial availability of cigar wrapper(1) Effects of different organic fertilizers on agronomic traits and root growth of cigar wrapperThe effects of different organic fertilizer on tobacco development were different, and stalks can promote root length of tobacco, and cake fertilizer can promote dry weight and volume of tobacco root.(2) Effects of different organic fertilizers on the physical characteristics of cigar wrapperOrganic fertilizer can significantly improve the physical properties of wrapper. Straw treatment was best to improve tensile strength of wrapper and cake fertilizer was best to reduce the thickness of cigar wrapper. Cake fertilizer and straw were best to increase the equilibrium moisture content of wrapper.(3) Effects of different organic fertilizers on the chemical composition of cigar wrapperCake fertilizer and cow dung treatments can significantly reduce overall plant alkali content in tobacco leaves. Cake fertilizer and straw treatments can reduce chloride ions of tobacco. Straw treatment can improve the content of potassium and potassium chlorine ratio. Middle and upper leaves showed the opposite law in addition to potassium ions, and the other have shown the similar.(4) Effects of different organic fertilizers on cigar wrapper smoking qualityThe quality of smoking to different organic manure of middle and upper wrapper was cake fertilizer> straw> cow dung, and the burn gray of wrapper was better in the straw than the other two treatments. 3. Effects of organic manure and chemical fertilizer on soil properties and industrial availability of cigar wrapper(1) Effects of organic manure and chemical fertilizer on soil properties of cigar wrapperOrganic fertilizer can improve the soil characteristics of tobacco in varying degrees. Effects of organic manure on soil nitrogen content mainly show the soil nitrogen release rules. The best ratio of organic manure and chemical was 5:5. And the content of soil available P and K increase when organic fertilizer content increased.Organic fertilizer can also increase the activity of soil catalase, invertase and urease. In the lush time of cigar wrapper, the best proportion of organic manure and inorganic fertilizer was5:5, which accord the growth of tobacco laws.(2) Effects of organic manure and chemical fertilizer on the growth and physiological characteristics of cigar wrapper.Tobacco plant growth and root growth were rapid when the content of organic fertilizer was 50% and 30% and 0%. Tobacco roots was stunted and grown slowly when the content of organic fertilizer was more than 50%.(3) Effects of organic manure and chemical fertilizer on mineral elements and ash content of cigar wrapper.Organic manure and inorganic fertilizer can increase the mineral elements and ash content in varying degrees, and The best ratio of organic manure and chemical was 5:5.(4) Effects of organic manure and chemical fertilizer on physical properties of cigar wrapper.Organic fertilizer can improve the physical properties of cigar wrapper in varying degrees. The treatment can reduce the thickness and increase tension of tobacco when the content of organic fertilizer was 50%. The treatment can increase the equilibrium moisture content wrapper when the content of organic fertilizer was 100%. Overall, the best content of organic fertilizer was 50%.(5) Effects of organic manure and chemical fertilizer on chemical composition of cigar wrapperWith the increasing amount of organic fertilizer, the total nitrogen content of tobacco decreased. The treatment can effectively reduce the total alkali content of upper leaves when the content of organic fertilizer was 50% and more than 50%. Compared with the potassium content of Indonesia varieties, potassium content and chlorine content in the upper leaves and middle leaves were generally higher. But the ratio of potassium to chlorine was significantly lower than Indonesia species, and other treatments were less than Indonesian species in addition to the treatment of upper leaves which the content of organic fertilizer was 50%.The total alkali content in middle leaves of each processing plant was less than Indonesian species, and the ratio of nitrogen bases was higher than Indonesia varieties. Comprehensive various treatments, the chemical composition were coordinate when the content of organic fertilizer was 50%.(6) Effects of organic manure and chemical fertilizer on smoking qualityThe score was highest in upper leaves and middle leaves when the content of organic fertilizer was 50%, and the score of middle leaves was higher than the upper leaves. Overall, the lowest score was gray, the higher score was smoke concentration.
