To study the effects of wet fermented soybean meal on physical condition and reproductive performance in late pregnancy sows and determine the optimum adding level in the diets, 32 Landrace-Yorkshire pregnant sows pregnant 85 d with the same age, body condition, and similar expected date of delivery(within 5 days) were divided into four groups randomly,each group included 8 repeats and each repeat 1 pregnancy sow. The experiment was designed in a single factor random block. The control group fed with the wheat-soybean basal diet and the trial groups fed respectively with containing 8%、14%、20% fermented soybean meal substitution partial soybean meal in basal diets. Experiment period last 55 d, advanced experiment period last 6 d.The results showed that:(1)Late pregnancy sows :Adding wet fermented soybean meal to late pregnancy sows diets could significantly improve their health condition, reduce the degree of constipation(P<0.05). The degree of constipation of groups 8%,14%,20% were reduced by 91.11%、51.11% and 86.67% in comparison with control, respectively; Adding 8% wet fermented soybean meal could significantly improve birth litter weight compared with the control group(P<0.05).The birth litter weight was increased by 3.6%.(2) Lactating sows:Adding 8% wet fermented soybean meal could significantly improve the ADFI、milk yield and Ig G content remarkably compared with the control group(P<0.05). Their were 21.33%、45.25% and 83.06% higher than control group. Adding wet fermented soybean meal could significantly improve the apparent digestibility of nutrients of crude protein, dry matter, organic matter(P<0.05). Added wet fermented soybean meal could increase the number of beneficial bacteria and reduce the number of E. coli to a certain extent(P>0.05).(3) Suckling piglet:Adding 8% wet fermented soybean meal could significantly improve the birth weight of 14 days piglets and enhance the Ig M content of suckling piglets compared with the control group(P<0.05) and decrease diarrhea rate evidently(P<0.05).Their average weights and Ig M level respectively developed 20% and 29.54%,compared with the control group(P<0.05). The diarrhea rate is decreased by 67.64%.(4) Adding 8% and 14% wet fermented soybean meal to the diet of late pregnancy sows and lactating sows, could reduced piglets cultivation cost 36.07 yuan and 26.01 yuan(P<0.05).Inclusion:Adding 8% wet fermented soybean meal to the diet of late pregnancy sows and lactating sows could significantly improve their health condition, reproductive performance and the birth weight of 14 days of suckling piglets, decrease diarrhea rate evidently, and enhance economic benefit.
