By researching the indoor environment of the piggeries and the growing states of the pigs based on house design and fermented feed,we try to find out scientific housing design plans, appropriate environment control systems and a beneficial diet for the pigs. This experiment aims at providing herbs a comfortable growing environment and insuring their wellbeing,thus increasing the product benefit.Trials one:We chosen three kinds of function areas in a certain pig breeding farm, they are breeding area, nursery area and finishing area, each kind of function area has two different housing design styles which are modern and traditional respectively.The nutrition level,feeding management,surrounding environment and microclimate of each function area are basically the same.Two delivery houses respectively and four pregnancy houses are chosen in the breeding area, age range of one delivery house is less than10days,and the other one is between15days and25days;Two nursery houses are chosen in the nursery area respectively, age range of one nursery house is between25days and30days,and the other one is between76days and81days; Chose two finishing houses respectively in finishing area for indoor environment measurement.We surveyed4piggeries in each area respectively for each time for4days. And at the same time,we need to record the breeding and growing performance of the herbs in this6area between December2011and August2012.The results show that the modern houses which outerbuilding envelope is cement brick,closer ratio windows,iron sheets and color plate covered with cystosepiments inside,size-matched pigpen,grooves for manure and urine separated could reduce the indoor ammonia and humility obviously,and more flexible in temperature controlling compared with the traditional one which outerbuilding envelope is cement brick,closer ratio windows, felt and asbestos shingle covered with cystosepiments inside,space-lacked pigpens,no grooves for manure and urine separated.Trials Two:This trial has discussed the influence in indoor environment,product performance of weaning pigs,Serum biochemical indicators,immunity index and activity of enzyme by replacing a part of Ordinary soybean meal with fermented soybean meal and Fermented rapeseed meal respectively. Chose396healthy weaned DLY pigs(9±0.5kg) and separated them for6group randomly.Control group:Ordinary soybean meal;Treatment1:fermented soybean meal;Treatment2:7%Ordinary soybean meal and15%fermented soybean meal;Treatment3:10.5%%Ordinary soybean meal and10%fermented soybean meal;Treatment4:14.5%Ordinary soybean meal and5%fermented soybean meal;Treatment5:Ordinary soybean meal and Fermented rapeseed meal, Given to the nondigestible of the Fermented rapeseed meal for the piglets, we increase the weight ordinary soybean meal+rapeseed meal by17%+2%,16%+3%and16%+4%in the whole experiment.Each group has3repeats,and each repeat has22pigs which consists by half male and half female.The period of this trial could be41days and7days for Preliminary feeding period.Result:①Indoor environment:Diet combination affects the concentration of ammonia highly significant(P<0.01),the density of ammonia in the treatment groups is26.09%lower than the control group.②Growth performance:There was no significant difference in growth performance by Diet combination(P>0.05),but ADG of each experimental group were higher than fully ordinary soybean meal F/G were lower than fully ordinary soybean meal,especially in the fully fermented soybean meal group.Diarrhea rate of fully fermented soybean meal group is94.61%lower than fully ordinary soybean meal group(P<0.01).Diarrhea rate of Treatment2and Treatment5were lower than the fully ordinary soybean meal group significantly(P<0.01), There was no significant difference between the other group and fully ordinary soybean meal group. ③biochemical indicators:fully fermented soybean meal group and Treatment2could reduce urea nitrogen highly significant(P<0.01).There was no significant difference on TP、ALB、GLB and GLU(P>0.05).④immune indicators:fully fermented soybean meal group could increase content of IgG and IgA significantly(P<0.05), There was no significant difference in other groups.⑤enzyme activity indicators:Diet combination affects the enzyme activity highly significant(P<0.01).Fully fermented soybean meal group and15%fermented soybean meal group could reduce glutamic-pyruvic transaminases significantly(P<0.05),increase the activity of alkaline phosphatase highly significant(P<0.01).Fully fermented soybean meal group could reduce the activity of glutamic oxalacetic transaminase highly significant (P<0.01) and increase the activity of cholinesterase significantly(P<0.05).conclusion:fermented soybean meal is good for environment in piggery,improve the growth performance and Serum biochemical indicators of pigs,the effect is better with fermented soybean meal added proportion increases.The influence of replacing by Fermented rapeseed meal is tend to be less effective than the fermented soybean group.
