| Luoyang tobacco growing area is located in the hilly region, In recent years, as drought, disease and other reasons, there are less tobacco varieties available to use and the promoting area of high quality varieties is small because of poor adaptability, in order to change the problem, In view of the demand of tobacco industry to high quality and characteristic tobacco leaf material of Luoyang tobacco growing area, tests were designed in Luoyang tabacco growing areas of Henan(Luoning) in 2014. The tests were based on local major variety Zhongyan 100, through contrast test(test 1), nitrogen adaptability test(test 2), field demonstration test(test 3) to evaluate the main growth period, agronomic characters, economic characters, Botany properties, disease resistance, the original tobacco appearance quality, chemical components and sensory evaluation of Yuyan 6, Yuyan 7, Yuyan 9, Yuyan 10, Yuyan 11, Yuyan 12, Yunyan 105, Y8126, NC297. Main conclusions are as follows:Test 1 : Conclusions of contrast test of Yuyan 6, Yuyan 7, Yuyan 9, Yuyan 10, Yuyan 11, Yuyan 12, Yunyan 105, Y8126, NC297 are as follows:(1) In the view of field performance, the growth period of tested varieties were all longer than Zhongyan 100; the growth condition in the field of Yuyan 9 and Yuyan 12 were stronger, stem leaf angle were larger, but their mature characteristics were bad and layered yellow were more difficult; Plant height of Yuyan 10 was short, the stem leaf angle was smaller; Plant height of Yunyan 105 was short, and the amount of leaf was less; tobacco mosaic virus(TMV) of Yuyan 10, Yuyan 11 were more severe, the incidence of tobacco weather fleck disease and root-knot nematode disease of Yunyan 105 were higher, the incidence of weather fleck disease, root-knot nematode disease and TMV of NC297 were all higher than Zhongyan 100.(2) From the point of economic characters, the yield and output value of Yuyan 6, Yuyan 9, Yuyan 10, Y8126, Yunyan 105 were all better than Zhongyan100, but their average price and the proportion of superior tobacco were all less than Zhongyan100 except Yuyan10; the yield, output value, average price and the proportion of superior tobacco of Yuyan 11 and NC297 wereall lower than Zhongyan 100.(3) From the point of tobacco leaf quality, the original tobacco appearance quality of the tested varieties were all better than Zhongyan 100 except Y8126 and NC297; Chemical composition and coordination of Yuyan 6 were the best, followed by Yuyan 9, Yuyan 12; Inner quality of Yuyan 6, Yuyan7, Yuyan12, Y8126 and NC297 performs well, and the sensory evaluation score of whose were all higher than Zhongyan 100, sensory evaluation score of Yuyan 9, Yuyan 10 and Yuyan 11 were lower. From what has been discussed above, results showed that compared with Zhongyan 100, Yuyan 6, Yuyan 7 and Yuyan 12 had better field growing and resistance, economic character had obvious advantages, the appearance quality and sensory quality of tobacco leaves were better, the chemical composition was more coordinate. So Yuyan 6, Yuyan 7 and Yuyan 12 could be reserve varieties of Luoning region and continue to be planted. The local ecological adaptability of Yuyan 11 and NC297 was poorer, and they were not recommended to be promoted in Luoyang tobacco-growing area.Test 2 Conclusions of nitrogen adaptability test of Yuyan 6, Yuyan 9, Yuyan 10, Yuyan 11, Yuyan 12 and Zhongyan 100(CK) are as follows:(1) Field growth period of the tested varieties were all longer than Zhongyan 100, Yuyan 6 was the shortest and Yuyan 7 was the longest among them, and the growth period of the whole tested varieties were extended with the increase of nitrogen level; Plant height of the tested varieties were all higher than Zhongyan 100; Botany properties of Yuyan 6 and Yuyan 9 performed well under different nitrogen levels, and they were all performed the characteristics of resistance or moderate resistance to fertilizer, botany properties of Yuyan 10 performed well under medium or high nitrogen levels, stem leaf angle of Yuyan 11 was larger, under medium or high nitrogen levels tobacco leaf upside down and not resistant to fertilizer, Yuyan 12 was difficult to fall yellow under high nitrogen levels.(2) Yield, average price and superior tobacco proportion of Yuyan 6, Yuyan 9, Yuyan 10 and Yuyan 11 were all increased with the increase of nitrogen level, compaired with Zhongyan 100, yield of Yuyan 10 were all higher under different nitrogen levels, output value of Yuyan 6, Yuyan 9 and Yuyan 11 increased with the increase of nitrogen level, output value of Yuyan6 and Yuyan 10 were higher compaired with Zhongyan 100.(3)The score of original tobacco appearance quality of the tested varieties were all higher than Zhongyan 100; Aappearance quality score of Yuyan 6, Yuyan 10 increased with the increase of nitrogen level, Yuyan 9 and Yuyan 11 performed well under medium nitrogen level, Yuyan 12 performed well under low nitrogen level.(4) Under high nitrogen level, chemical composition content of Yuyan 6 and Yuyan 11 were more appropriate, and the coordination of chemical composition was better, while Yuyan 9 performed well under medium nitrogen level and Yuyan 11 performed well under high nitrogen level. In a word, Yuyan 12 was suitable low nitrogen level, Yuyan 9 was suitable medium nitrogen level, Yuyan 6 and Yuyan 10 were suitable high nitrogen level.Test 3: Field demonstration test of Yuyan 6, Yuyan 7, Yuyan 10, Yuyan 11, Yuyan 12 was designed in Luoyang tobacco-growing area in 2014, through comprehensive evaluation of the research index, results showed that five varieties demonstration were better than or equivalent to check variety Zhong Yan 100,Specific results were as follows:(1) Compaired with Zhongyan 100, growth periord of Yuyan 10 was shorter, and other varieties were longer, Yuyan 6 was the longest among them; Plant height, stem circumference and pitch of Yuyan 6 and Yuyan 12 were all larger than Zhongyan 100, and in each stage they showed strong growth potential.(2)The field Incidence of tested varieties were all smaller than Zhongyan 100, in terms of Yuyan varieties, disease resistance of Yuyan 7 was worse, its field Incidence was highest.(3) From the point of economic characters, yield and output value, average price and the proportion of superior tobacco of tested varieties were all higher than contrast Zhongyan 100, among which, the yield of Yuyan 6 and Yuyan 12 were higher, the output value, average price and the proportion of superior tobacco of Yuyan 6, Yuyan 10, Yuyan 12 were higher.(4) The original tobacco appearance quality of Yuyan 6, Yuyan 10, Yuyan 12 were better than Zhongyan 100, and the roast tobacco leaf chemical components were more coordinate. In a word, Yuyan 6, Yuyan 10, Yuyan 12 had better field growing potential, main economic characters and original tobacco appearance quality were better than Zhongyan 100, and they were suitable for planting in Luoyang tobacco-growing area. |
