The Research Of Some Key Problems In The Work Of Quarantine The Domestic Animals

To ensure that the edible animals come from other provinces and cities are healthy, safe and reliable so that we can blocking-up animal disease into our city by transportation and protect the citizen’s health and guarantee the healthy development of our city’s animal husbandry, Shanghai has built a special site for animal quarantining. IF the domestic edible animals which are failed to conform to the requirement of our epidemic prevention such as seemingly be in disease or have not quarantine certificates or have not correct quarantine certificates were seized, they should be quarantined here. And how to dispose them depends on the result of the quarantine. There is no experience for us to learn because this is an innovative work in our country. Some key problems of the work are researched in this article including cleaning up and unscrambling the clauses in the related law, how to cooperate with related departments, how to decide the test item, the key point of daily management and so on. Thus this article clears the quarantine’s operating duty, gives corresponding operation procedure, determines the selection principle and scope of test items, standards the daily work of quarantining. The result of the research can help us make this work be according to law, be in order, reasonable and standard.
