Lonicerae Flos is one of rare traditional chinese medical materials developed by our country in priority, which could be used to treat wind-heat type common cold etc, and has great medical and economic value. This paper focuses on Lonicerae Flos in Guizhou province, through field acquisition and lab analysis, explores soil environment property of the producing areas of Lonicerae Flos in Guizhou, quality characteristic of Lonicerae Flos, the relationship between two of them, and capacity of Lonicerae Flos to enrich different kinds of heavy metals, moreover, evaluates the influence of soil of producing area on quality of Lonicerae Flos, puts forward edaphic factors which influence the quality of Lonicerae Flos in Guizhou pronvice, and establishs element finger-print of Lonicerae Flos in Guizhou. The main conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)Both of volume weight and specific gravity of the soil of Lonicerae Flos producing area are feeble variation, the total porosity is 55.83%, capillary hole degree is bigger than non-capillary hole degree, the porosity is suitable, and most of them are light clay, macro aggregate>0.25 mm occupy 90% of air seasoning aggregate, the aggregation is good, aggregate >0.25 mm occupy 7.65%, lacking of stability. Soil capacity toenrich heavy metals, total pore degrees and non-hair tube hole degrees of root zone and non-root zone present that non-root zone > root zone, specific gravity of the soil and capillary hole degrees present that root zone > non-root zone, soil capillary hole degrees differ significantly, showing that the growth of roots of Lonicerae Flos obviously effect the relative soil. The rough sand and the middle sand content of root zone and non-root zone soil are the same, except that the fine sand
