The aim of the effect of perfusing different dose of yeast culture in different part of sheep on blood indicator, immune and antioxidation was studied in this paper. firstly, studies on the optimum level of yeast culture in vitro. Secondly, doing the perfusion test. Finally, making a comprehensive comparison. Nine sheep with an average weight, fitted with ruminal, duodenum and ileum cannulas, which were divided into three treatments, every treatment will be made up of 3 replications with 1 sheep per replication. The three treatments were I) control, II) the optimum additive amount in vitro, III) second appropriate volume of addition in vitro. With infusion of 0.0%, 1.5% and 2.0% of yeast culture of DM under the basal diets in rumen, duodenum and ileum by stages. The preliminary trial period 14 days and formal trial period 21 days in rumen. The preliminary trial period 14 days and formal trial period 14 days in duodenum and ileum. The results in 5 parts were as follows:Part One: Studies on the optimum level of yeast culture in vitro. The test was added 0.0%, 1.0%,1.5%, 2.0% yeast culture accounts for the basal diets. The results showed that the optimum level of yeast culture was 1.5% DM, 2.0% came second. The pH of 12 h had significant difference, the pH had a downward trend with the increase of the amount of yeast culture, 2.0% was the lowest(P<0.05); The NH3-N was different Due to the time: 1.5% and 2.0% was low at 6h; 1.0% and 1.5% was low at 12h; 1.0% was low at 24h; the trend of VFA at 12 h and 24 h were the same, while different from the 6h.Part Two: The results of perfusing yeast culture in rumen showed that yeast culture could significantly increase TP, GLU in serum(P<0.05), significantly decreased TG and UREA in serum(P<0.05), tended to increase the concentrations of ALP. It could increase the level of serumT-AOC, SOD and GSH-Px in varying degrees, decrease the production of MDA. By perfusing the yeast culture, it could significantly increase IgG in serum on day 7 and 21(P<0.01). on day 21, 2.0% group significantly increased the concentrations of IgA in serum(P<0.05); it could significantly increase IL-2, IL-6 in serum(P<0.05), significantly increase IFN-γ in serum(P<0.01).Part Three:The results of perfusing yeast culture in duodenum showed that the concentratio-ns of GLU in serum had a significantly increase(P<0.05). There was a significant increase in T-AOC and T-SOD, and decrease in MDA(P<0.05). It could increase IgA, IgG and IL-6 in serum, there was a significant increase in IL-2 and IFN-γ(P<0.05).Part four: The results of perfusing yeast culture in ileum showed that the concentrations of GLU in serum tended to increase; While there was no effect on the function of antioxidation; It also had a tendency of increasing the concentrations of IL-6 in serum. The whole conclusions: The yeast culture of the experiment has an actual effect on the sheep. Which can improve the blood indicator, immune and antioxidation. Compared comprehe-nsively by perfusing in different part, there was no sufficiently dose effect. Perfusing in rumen can achieve the best result and with no need for rumen-protected.
