Domestic agricultural spraying has been in a car self-propelled car spraying stage of development, the car’s spraying operation mode to the driver’s operation, so at the time of operation, to avoid direct contact with pesticide operators, such meetings make operation personnel of pesticide poisoning, not only has a serious influence on the operator’s body, may even pose a threat to life. At the same time, because of the need to the operator of the real-time control, can bring a lot of labor to the operator. In order to reduce the probability for poisoning by crop spraying operations, and reduce the labor, non-contact wireless remote control method is a new development direction of agricultural spraying car.In this paper, the research and development of a new type of precision agriculture, spraying car need according to the operation of agricultural spraying car, as well as the need to bear the load of frame structure, truss structure is adopted to design the overall structure of the agricultural. Agricultural spraying car design in this paper used the wheel hub motor as drive mode, using the tablet PC remote control operation, so as to realize the non-contact wireless remote control operation. First structure of precise agricultural electric cars all day long Solisworks software is adopted to establish the three-dimensional model, and then using the ADAMS software to electric vehicle kinematics simulation in virtual environment, finally through the ANSYS software to the overall structure of the electric car statics analysis, judgment electric structure and the rationality of the preliminary design on the basis of a certain structure optimization. This new type of precision farming electric cars not only is a blend of electric vehicle technology, also fully use of the wireless communication technology and wireless remote control technology, in line with the "3S" standard of precision agriculture and the development direction of precision agriculture. |
