The reciprocating cutter widely used in combine harvesters has high vibration and low work efficiency due to the inertial force of the movable knife,and the continuous rotary cutter can solve this problem well.In this paper,the toothed chain continuous rotary cutter is studied,and its working performance and vibration characteristics are studied.By analyzing the working principle of the toothed chain cutter and optimizing the structural parameters of the moving knife,the MATLAB is used to numerically simulate the cutting diagram of the cutter without heavy cutting and missing cutting,and the area size and cutting height of each area in the cutting chart are obtained.Calculate the formula and use the ANSYS Workbench to perform modal analysis on the tight edge chain to avoid resonance.Dynamic simulations were performed in ADAMS to analyze the vibration amplitude at different cutting speeds.Mainly done the following aspects:(1)Through the analysis of the working principle of the toothed chain cutter,the cutter is designed as a single-edged blade,and only one side has an inclined structure,the structural parameters and the adapted blade are designed,and the movable blade is The finite element static analysis shows that it meets the strength requirements.Through calculation and analysis,the width T of the chain is 15mm.(2)By analyzing the influence parameters of the numerical simulation of the cutting diagram,using MATLAB to draw the cutting diagram without heavy cutting and missing cutting,when the cutting speed ratio is 2.1,the cutting resistance and power consumption of the cutter are the minimum,the working performance Optimal.Under the condition that the working performance is optimal,the working efficiency of the toothed chain cutter is 2.23times that of the same cutting reciprocating cutter,which improves the productivity of the unit cutting width.The conditions of the heavy cutting zone and the missing cutting zone are analyzed,and the calculation formulas of the area of the primary cutting zone,the heavy cutting zone and the missing cutting zone in the cutting chart are obtained,and the changes in the working parameters of the cutter are quantitatively analyzed.The change in the size of the area.The cutting height is analyzed.When there is no heavy cutting and missing cutting,the cutting height in the cutting area is the maximum 54.5mm.When the missing cutting area occurs,the calculation formula of the maximum cutting height is obtained,and the cutting is drawn.The maximum relationship between the knife feed distance and the cutting height.The cutting edge shear load of the moving blade is calculated to be f=577mm~2,which meets the design requirements.The calculation method of the area of the heavy cutting zone and the missing cutting zone under different wear conditions when the wear does not cause the height of the blade edge to change is obtained.(3)Perform modal analysis on the tight-edged chain in ANSYS Workbench,and analyze the excitation source to obtain the critical speed value that the drive sprocket speed should avoid to avoid resonance.(4)The dynamic simulation analysis was carried out by using ADAMS software to compare the vibration force of the toothed chain cutter and the reciprocating cutter on the frame.When the cutting speed was 3~9m/s,the vibration of the gear chain cutter to the frame was carried out.The average force is 7.3%of the reciprocating cutter.Under the condition of increasing the unit cutting speed,the vibration force of the toothed chain cutter to the frame is only 2.9%of that of the reciprocating cutter,indicating the toothed chain cutting.The device has a small vibration with respect to the reciprocating cutter at a higher cutting speed,and the vibration growth rate is slow as the cutting speed is increased.The motion simulation is carried out under the condition of critical cutting speed ratio,and the trajectory curve of the moving blade is obtained,which shows that the periodic variation of the moving speed of the chain in the horizontal direction has little effect on the trajectory of the moving blade.For the toothed chain cutter,this type of rotary cutter with fast cutting speed and small vibration is studied to improve production efficiency,reduce the feed width of the large feed harvester,reduce vibration and improve the reliability of the combine harvester.Has a positive meaning.
