Study On Honghe Tobacco Seedlings Transplanting Techniques Under Membrane

We carried out the plant experiment about tobacco seeding transplant under film to different ages, the number of water, the way of fertilization and materials in Honghe Mengzi from 2009 to 2011, and the experiment was done through plot experiments and field experiments to promote a combination with Yunyan 97. the main research results are as follows:(1) Tobacco seedlings age affect the recovery, survival and uniformity of seedlings, and affect the development, resistance, product and efficiency of tobacco by the way of transplanting under film. The experiment showed that the best ages is 35 days.(2) The economic efficiency, output and yield of tobacco are the best by watering 2kg water when the seedlings were transplanted under film.1/3 of total fertilization was fertilized far around 5～8cm from seedlings after the water was absorbed, then covered the farmyard manure or fine dry soil until the wet soil was covered. The depth of fertilization should have 15cm, the rest of the base fertilizer should apply after the seedlings out of the film, and topdressing should apply when uncovered film and added soils. Application rate of fertilizer is 6.5-7g/plant nitrogen, and it may be appropriate to reduce in Dryland.(3)Plastic film mulching is 5kg/mu (6 wire black film), there are more than 5cm from seedlings to the membrane surface to ensure that seedlings can grow 7-20 days under film. Black film has function of storing water and heat, avoiding direct sunlight and reducing weed growth.(4) Seedlings out of film:Transplanted seedlings need break out the film if the water is too high and the temperature over 35℃, to prevent the high temperature burn seedlings. When the distance is 1cm between the seedlings and film, we should timely let seedlings out of the film and earth up soil, then transferred to the field and normal management.(5) The technology of seedlings transplant under film can improve the content of tobacco total sugar, reducing sugar and potassium content, reduce the effect of total alkaloids, total nitrogen and other ingredients, make chemical composition of tobacco is coordinated, which play an important role to improving the quality of tobacco.In Honghe tobacco area, vertical climate obviously, the differences is very notable of soil type, weather conditions in different altitude, so it is important to make plan of technology according to the ecological conditions such as the area and altitude. We obtained better economic and social benefits by take the way of different transplanting time, fertilization under film field, and strengthen the cultivation and management, which have great significance for the sustainable development of the Honghe tobacco area.
