To take out seedlings for tobacco transplanting is the core technology to realize automatic transpIanting.This paper takes the "longjiang 911" as subject investigated,under the condition that the moisture content of the nutrient medium was 56.36%,and the moisture content of stem was about 58.48%,the test was completed.Through the test to determine the way of automatic transplanter;Clamping speed,based on the test results and data,applied computer aided analysis and optimization software platform,combined with the requirements of tobacco agronomic,optimize the movement track of planting mechanism,the structure parameters of the planting device corresponding to the track are determined.Modeling with UG software,Adams software to simulate the design of the mechanism,verify the correctness of the trajectory,and then prove the rationality of mechanism design.The main contents are as follows:(1)The status quo of flue-cured tobacco transplanting machine at home and abroad is expounded,and the factors influencing the mechanized planting of flue-cured tobacco in China are obtained through comparative analysis.(2)The degree of damage to the root system of the flue-cured tobacco seedlings was simulated and the effect on the subsequent growth period was determined.(3)According to the functions and specific agronomic requirements of the planting mechanism,the trajectory of the planting mechanism under different parameters was derived by means of computer aided analysis and optimization software.The "8" trajectory to meet the planting requirements was optimized and the trajectory Structural parameters for the specific design of the organization to provide the basis.(4)Using the optimized design software,the velocity curve of the seedling seedling under different operating frequencies was extracted,and the kinematic test of the picking-up was carried out.The maximum operating efficiency of the transplanting machine was determined by experiment.(5)Based on the optimization design results,UG software is used to complete the design of virtual prototyping.(6)The virtual prototype is imported into Adams software,and the absolute trajectory and relative trajectory of the seedling movement are simulated and analyzed.The rationality of the design is verified.The velocity curve output in Adams postprocessing results is compared with the optimization result.Verify the rationality of the design of the organization.
