Mile tobacco occupies a pivotal position in the material of brand cigarettes of Hongyun Group, as well as other brand cigarettes, It is often in short supply. In order to search for an effective way to replace the material tobacco in short supply, and guarantee the production of brand cigarette, on the basis of systematic analysis of quality features of Mile tobacco, The research worker studied the substitution of tobacco of similar ecological type, The results shows that:1. There are meteorological resources to produce quality to tobacco in mile area, In nearly 90% of mile tobacco, the contents of nicotine, nitrogen and sugar reach the standard of enterprise; In 50% and more of mile tobacco, The contents of potassinm and chlorine reach the standard of enterprise,The contents of Total sugar and protein are slightly higher.2. The chemical composition of Mile tobacco alters annually. The changes of nicotine, nitrogen, protein, the ration between sugar and nicotine, SMK-value are very obvious. And the change of content of nicotine is most. From 2010 to 2013, the annual change of nicotione in the lower part, middle part and upper part of Mile flue-cured tobacco K326 reached a significant value. Compoured to nitrogen compounds, the annual change of carbohydrate material is relatively small. The annual change of contents of potassium and chlorine did not reach obvious level. Because of obcious difference of annual contents of total sugar, nicotine and protein, both the annual ratio beween total sugar and nicotine of tobacco in the lower part, middle part and the upper part and the annual SMK-value of tobacco in upper part reached a significant difference.3. Correlation analysis between climate and chemical composition shows that: meteorological factors and major chemical composition in different part of tobacco show some changes of regularity. Nicotine, nitrogen, protein have the same regularity of change as atmospheric temperature, and the total sugar, reducing sugar have the same regularity of change as the atmospheric temperature Changes. In most cases, when the weather conditions promot nicotine, total nitrogen, protein synthesis, the inevitable inhibit total sugar and reducing sugar in the synthesis, but this correlation did not reach significant levels.The influence on the chemical composition of conventional tobacco from Atmospheric temperature, is about the promotion of potassium and nitrogen content in the transplanting and inhibition of the reducing sugar content in maturity, atmospheric temperature was significantly correlated with potassium content of the upper leaves and Total nitrogen content from lower tobacco. It is in significant negative correlation with reducing sugar content in lower.Rainfall affected the chemical composition of tobacco mostly, The nicotine content in the upper part is in a significant negative correlation with the rainfall; The total sugar content in upper leaves is significantly related with rainfall in maturity; duaring the early period (mainly refers to May) the nicotine and total nitrogen content in the middle part of tobacco have significant negative correlation with the rainfall; In july, rainfall and reducing sugar content in the lower part of tobacco is significant negative correlation; other showed no obvious correlation.Sunshine hours is significantly correlated with the nitrogen content of leaf in lower part of tobacco; sunshine hours and chlorine, reducing sugar content in the middle part of tobacco have a significant negative correlation in maturity; in other condition, there was no obvious correlation.(B) Based on conventional chemical composition, the Mile District K326 (C3F) alternative tobacco had been studied. The results showed that:the most effective alternative tobacco is from Luxi near Mile, which climatic conditions is similar to Mile district, the correlation coefficient Reached 0.999. So the environment is the determining factors that affect tobacco quality and style, only in similar climatic conditions, can alternative tobacco be produced; only by giving full play to the ecological advantages, can it be expected to choose a suitable raw materials to replace the mile tobacco.
