Ecological type of region of southern Zhejiang is diversity,agricultural production is showing a multi type development and multiple cropping trend. Starting from the full use of annual temperature thermal resource perspective,the development of agriculture in winter, not only can the effective use of land resources, but also can increase the economic income, improve farmers’ labor enthusiasm.
