| At present and in the following years, the agricultural mechanization development mode is shifting to rely on scientific and technological progress and to improve the quality of laborers. To improve the quality of workers, it is a must to carry out the agricultural mechanization education and training work. This paper focuses on agricultural machinery personnel training mode in Jiangsu Province, giving a systematic study of the present status, problems, and counter measures of agricultural machinery personnel training modes, so as to provide more ways and methods for the development of agricultural machinery training work in Jiangsu province.Combining theoretical research with empirical research, this paper has made a more in-depth research on the agricultural machinery personnel training modes in Jiangsu Province. The paper is divided into six chapters. The first chapter illustrates the background and significance of this study. The second chapter analyzes the current situation of education and training for Jiangsu agricultural machinery workers, pointing out the major problems existing in Jiangsu agricultural machinery personnel training work. The third chapter focuses on study and analysis of the existing training models for people involved in agricultural machinery in Jiangsu Province. In this chapter, it is first analyzed that because of the present status of the agriculture, the farmers and the rural areas (which are shortnamed as "three rural"), the agricultural machinery education and training is featured by diversification of trainees and content and the multiple social effect; it is secondly generalized that according to the training target, subject, mode of operation and other factors, there are currently four training modes for practitioners involved in Jiangsu agricultural machinery, i.e., the government leading type, school-enterprise cooperation type, school type, enterprise type; it is finally analyzed that some valuable experiences have been accumulated in the training, but at the same time, there are also some problems with the present training modes such as the lack of general applicability. The fourth chapter first summarizes and analyzes the domestic and foreign typical agricultural personnel training experiences and models, and then extracts the possibly perfect training model for Jiangsu agricultural machinery personnel. The fifth chapter first makes a questionnaire studying the training needs of people involved in Jiangsu agricultural machinery and then carries out a research analysis, which shows that:what Jiangsu agricultural machinery employees really need is practical agricultural technology training; their favorite training method is an integrated way of training; the most popular teachers are are technical personnel from enterprises; the most preferred training is 2-3-day short-term training; the best training place is nearby towns. Based on the above study, the sixth chapter proposes a more comprehensive training mode for Jiangsu agricultural machinery employees:first, it is recommended that some related laws, regulations and institutions for agricultural machinery education and training should be strengthened; secondly, it is proposed that a system for agricultural machinery employees training should be completed; thirdly, it is proposed that the training capacity of agricultural practitioners should be increased; finally, sveral feasible training modes for the Jiangsu agricultural machinery personnel are explored. |
