The study of Bayinbuluke sheep in artificial induction rutting in anestrous season,artificial insemination and early weaning, Set down the scheme of artificia induction,artificial insemination and early weaning for Bayinbuluke sheep. Combining, matching and building the mode of two introduct in one year will improve the production rate efficiently. It would also reduce the extinction of local varieties in general Mongolia autonomous prefecture in Xinjiang and product he local sheep breeds. Popularize and apply the mode of two production in one year about Bayinbuluke sheep an largely improve the economic efficiency of farmers. The experimental method is to hierarchy in order. We put 100 Bayinbuluke sheep(3-year-old, 43±2.0kg, after production, healthy,ewe) as experimental sheep into two groups. After intramuscular injecting 1 Ml compound progesterone preparation, implant CRID and sponge suppository simultaneously.Intramuscular inject PMSG400 IU at the ninth day(the day before remove the supposit ory) after implanting CRID and sponge suppository. Remove the suppository on the second after dealing with PMSG. Choose 12 estrus ewes and 12 Bayinbuluke ram(in good body condition, 43±2.0 kg) in anestrous season. Intramuscular inject 50 mg testosterone propionate everyday(total of 300 mg, 6days) three days before semen collect ion. Intramuscular inject PMSG330 IU on alternate days, total of 3 times.An injectionis1000 IU. After semen collection, dilute it with Tarim university national invention patent “A attenuant for red deer frozen semen preservation” to make sure effective sperm count within the ewes is more than 4×107.. On the tenth hour sheep estrous began to intravenous inject HCG 500 IU to enter the sperm. Enter the sperm every 8 hour.Choose the first two experimental output lamb 26 divided into two groups. A group is a experimental group, another group is the compared group. The experimental groupto take the method of feeding fodder day and night.Feed milk replacer formula one in< Application research on lamb early weaning> which was written by Xuping three weeks after lamb was born.The lamb eat milk replacer has freedom to gather the food.Wean once on 30 th day. Feed the lamb until 7th weeks with milk replacer. The lamb in compared group won’t be weaned by people, they follow the mother sheep to we an. On the 10 th day weaned the lamb, take above method to ewe secondary estrus, artificial insemination and wean the lamb early.To let Balibuluke sheep give birth twice in one year. The result show that use CRID suppository in the process of Balibuluke sheep give birth twice in one year. There are 49 ewe heated at the period one and two, average heat rate is 98%. And the heat rate in compared group is 94%, lower than experimental group. There are 45 pregnant ewes in number one pregnancy period and 45 pregnant ewes in number two pregnancy periods. Conception rate is 87% on average. There are 13 lambs(wean at 30 th day)survive in experimental group and the rate of survive is 100%. The middleweight is 8.82 kg in 21 st day and 11.31 kg in 30 th and 17.02 kg in 50 th and 20.86 kg in 70 th in experimental group. They are greatert han 8.72 kg in 21 st day and 10.54 kg in 30 th and 14.46 kg in 50 th and 18.32 kg in 70 th in compared group. The daily weight gain in experimental group is 276g/d、285g/d、192g/d on 21th~30th day、30th ~50th day、50th~70th.which far heavier than compared group202g/d、196g/d、193g/d.The conclusion can be conducted from the above results,by taking prepares CRID vaginal suppository to heat the Bayinbuluke sheep in the same period, combined the model of artificial insemination which we have mentioned in this article.The lamb uses milk formula for food calling in 3weeks, and weaning with in 30 days of age.Then we have a secondary estrus after the lamb early weanin. Artificial insemination and the lamb early weaning can implement the goal of two introduction in a year. Thus we can determine that Bayinbuluke sheep’ mode of two breeding in a year: Using CRID vaginal suppository at the same time heat, the steps are,after noting 1 m L of compound of progesterone, at the same time prepares CRID andsponges suppository, prepares CRID and sponge suppositorys ninth d(Withdrew bolt before 1 d). Intramuscular inject PMSG 400 IU and remove the suppository on the second after dealing with PMSG. Intravenous inject HCG 500 IU to enter the sperm on the 10 th hour after removing the suppository. And inject the sperm eight hours later.After ewe giving birth, feed the lamb with milk replacer at the third weeks and wean at 30 th day. Take artificial estrus and artificial insemination and wean the lamb early on the 10 th day after weaning. The mode is same to the first born. This model can be applied to practical production and technical promotion.
