In the 21st century, with the development of technology such as the Internet of Things* the network communication and the automatic controlling,and so on. In agricultural production, the implementation of intelligent monitoring and automatic controlling will become the trend for the future development of modern agriculture. Programmable logic controller PLC has wide application in the field of industrial controlling because of its abundant instruction system of processing information and internal information stored in the device. It will be a good development trend when PLC is applied to intelligent agriculture to realize fully automatic control.In this paper, the following are reviewed:ZigBee short distance wireless communication and the features of RS485 Modbus cable communication technology in distributed systems; MC323 CDMA with TCP/IP communication in remote monitoring; and the MCGS in short-range visualization operation touch screen. PLC of Mitsubishi communication protocol and instruction system are focused on analyzing, which lies theoretical basis for the STM32 copy in the realization of the PLC.In the overall system designing framework, it mainly includes modules such as remote station、ge gateway module、the MCGS touch screen operation、collector module and control module. Among which the edge gateway module is the core, and on the basis of the STM32 which servers as main control chip, the corresponding part of the whole system hardware circuit are designed and software programming implementation, especially PLC instruction system is embedded in the STM32.Finally, the article uses one group intelligent pipe sewage treatment automatic control system as the test example. It introduces the implementation of automatic control step in detail. Test results show that this design of programmable automatic control system is feasible, which completed the goals of this paper researched.At the end of this paper, something is prospected. This automatic system should be furtheroptimized, so when it applied to other areas, the user cost of project construction and daily maintenance can be greatly reduced.
