This thesis is about the study of complex of aromatic, sweetener and umami on piglet creep feed and cradling feed by two trial. The goal of thesis was to study complex of aromatic, sweetener and complex of aromatic, sweetener and umami,and analyze the influence on weaned pig’s growth performance, digestion rate of nutrients, microbial flora in the manure and serum biochemical indices. Provides the reliable basis for the application with complex of aromatic, sweetener and umami.Promote the development of flavouring agent in weaning piglet feed. This study consists of two experiments.One experiment is the preference evaluation of complex of aromatic, sweetener and complex of aromatic, sweetener and umami. The experimental choose 60 piglets in good condition, weighs 6.91±0.61kg and 21 days old. Experimental piglet are divided into two groups randomly, each group has 6 repetitions, and each repetition has 5 piglets. Each group did not add any flavoring agents in the creep feed until the piglet weaned. The compared groups is basic creep feed without any flavoring agents. The experimental groups one adds 0.8kg/t complex of aromatic, sweetener with basic creep feed, another adds 2kg/t complex of aromatic, sweetener and umami with basic creep feed. During the experiment, piglets forage freely, and the experiment records the different forage feed intake. This experiment changes the experimental bowl and compared bowl’s position four times each day to avoid the piglets’memory about the bowl’s position. The experiment time is 5 days. The experiment showed that weaned piglets has no preference for complex of aromatic, sweetener but moderate and high preference for complex of aromatic, sweetener and umami.The second experiment was compared complex of aromatic, sweetener lonely added on weaned feed stage and nursery material stage with complex of aromatic, sweetener and umami added on weaned feed stage cooperate with complex of aromatic, sweetener added on nursery material stage,and analyze the influence on weaned pig’s growth performance, digestion rate of nutrients, microbial flora in the manure and serum biochemical indices. By selecting 21 nests ternary piglets which are in good condition and weighs 2.24±0.42kg, we divided those piglets in to 3 groups by chance, each group deals with 7 repetitions. Ceep training phase stage the compared groups were feed without flavoring agents, the experimental agents were added 0.8kg/t complex of aromatic, sweetener with basic creep feed, another one adds 2kg/t complex of aromatic, sweetener and umami with basic creep feed. Weaned feed stage we pick up 6 repetitions with good condition and with weighs 6.11±0.52kg, and remove the poorly developed piglets from each repetition,each repletion has 10 piglets and 180 ones in all. Compared group feed basic creep feed without flavoring agent. Group A and group B partly was added basic creep feed and 0.8kg/t complex of aromatic, sweetener; basic creep feed and 2kg/t complex of aromatic, sweetener and umami. Front Three days in weaned feed stage from 6:30 am, each 2 hours we clean up and weigh the remnants fodder then add new creep feed until 20:30. Compared group feed basic feed on nursery material stage, group A and group B are added partly basic feed and 0.8kg/t complex of aromatic, sweetener, basic feed and 0.8kg/t complex of aromatic, sweetener. The experiment time is 57 days.The result shows that during the weaned feed stage, group A had no significant difference in average daily gain(ADG) than compared group,Group B had increasing trend than compared group (P>0.05) increased 11.12%. Group A and GroupB had no significant difference in daily feed intake (ADFI) than compared group. Group B’s EE digestibility had significant differences than compared group (P<0.05) increased 8.30%.During nursery material stage, group A and GroupB had no significant difference in average daily gain(ADG) and daily feed intake (ADFI) than compared group (P>0.05). Group B had significant differences in Leptin and Ghrelin in blood than compared group (P<0.05),Leptin reduced by 17.38% and Ghrelin increased 15.69%.compared to group A, and a ghrelin growth in blood about 10.44%(P<0.05).In whole stage, Group B had significant difference in average daily gain(ADG) than compared group (P>0.05) increased 10.44%.The experiment showed that using cooperatively complex of aromatic, sweetener and complex of aromatic, sweetener and umami has a better effect than using complex of aromatic, sweetener merely.In conclusion, weaned piglet has moderate and high preference for complex of aromatic, sweetener and umami. Complex of aromatic, sweetener and umami has a better effect than using complex of aromatic, sweetener in weaned feed stage. Cooperate complex of aromatic, sweetener with complex of aromatic, sweetener and umami has a better effect than using complex of aromatic, sweetener merely.
