The aim of this study was to study the changes of the growth, plasma melatonin, prolactin and thyroid hormone levels during the annual growth cycle of Liaoning cashmere goats, to determine the correlation between the growth of cashmere and the hormone levels, and to determine the expression of hormone receptor gene mRNA in skin tissues of different periods, the role of related hormones in the growth of chorionic villi from the endocrine and molecular level.1.Trials randomly selected 20 Liaoning cashmere goats (male, female) as experimental animal, determination of gross growth and development of each month during the whole period of the whole growth period, at the same time, the plasma samples were collected from cashmere goats, the changes of melatonin (MT), prolactin (PRL), T3 and T4 concentrations in plasma were measured by radioimmunoassay (RIA), results show:(1)The variation of the growth of cashmere wool in Liaoning cashmere goat, Sep - Jan for the rapid growth period, the growth of the total length of the annual growth of 55.3%of the length of the growth period; The fastest growing in January, after October, the growth rate slowed down, the slowest growth in April.(2) The blood hormone changes in each month, MT concentration in the blood rose between 8-1 months, December reached the highest value for 58.61+ 6.97 pg/ml, in January the following year dropped to the lowest value 46.17+7.07 pg/ml, between January and December the MT content significant difference (P< 0.05); In May, the content of PRL in blood was 13.50+4.34+ng/ml, and the lowest was 10.21+0.94 ng/ml in May. The level of PRL was significantly in March higher than that in February, August, October, November, and December (P<0.05);Blood T3 concentration in September was the highest 12.1+0.22 ng/ml, in February, the lowest in June 1.08+O.l0ng/ml, the content of September was significantly higher than that of February and June (P<O.05), there was no significant difference (P>0.05) between the different months and the T4 concentration in the blood was not significant (P>0.05). (3) The results of correlation analysis showed that the growth period (in August-January),the positive correlation between the growth of chorionic villi and the concentration of MT in plasma (r=0.72, P=0.0018); There was a negative correlation between the annual growth rate of cashmere goat villi and plasma PRL concentration (r=-0.62, P=0.007); There was a positive correlation between plasma T3 concentration (r=0.31, P=0.032), and there was no correlation between the plasma concentration of T4.2. According to the characteristics of the growth of Liaoning cashmere cashmere wool in different periods:skin samples were collected in February, April, August, and November, study on the expression of ROR alpha, PRLR L-, PRLR S-, MD II and MD III genes in skin tissues by fluorescence quantitative PCR method, results show:(1)In February, the highest level of ROR mRNA in the skin, the lowest level in November, in February and November, April, the expression was significantly different (P<O.01), February was significantly higher than in August (P<0.05).(2) The expression level of L-PRLR and S-PRLR mRNA in skin tissue was highest in August, November expression was the lowest, in August was significantly higher than in November (P<.01), significantly higher than April (P<O.05), but not significant in February (P>0.05).(3) The expression level of MD II mRNA in skin tissue was the highest in November, the lowest in November, April was significantly higher than in February and April (P<0.01), significantly higher than in August (P<0.05); The highest expression level of MD III mRNA in skin tissue was highest in August, the lowest in August, April was significantly higher than in April (P<O.05), there was no significant difference between February and November.
