Vitis is a genera of vitaceae which has the highest cultivation value, and China is one of the countries where the species and genetic resources of grape,all over the world, are most abundant. Some progress has been made in the study on the morphology classification of grape species in China, But because of the transitional type morphological characters of the grape species and various morpholog characters in one specie, that there are many doubts and controversies about the relationship between grape species. As the history of research on vitis classification is short and there are many limitations in the collection of the research materials,different researchers have different results. There are many problems about the classification of the Vitis of china.This study collected 26 wild Vitis species and 1 subspecies from hubei, hunan, fujian,jiangxi, guangdong, guangxi, shaanxi, shanxi, henan and other regions of China. We selected a large number of sample specimens. According to the similar degree of leaf morphological characteristics and variation characteristics, combine the experience of predecessors, we selected 20 leaf traits that have apparent classification meaning, and had the quantitative determination. Through the study of the relevant statistical analysis of survey data, this paper is to explore the morphological variation law of Vitis, and discuss the characteristics of genetic diversity; Clustering analysis method is used to group vitis plants in our country and form relationship are studied, provide morphological evidence to clarify Vitis of Eurasian lineage system development and biogeographic history, to explore the excellent character of wild grape resources, also make better use of the excellent germplasm materials, broadening the grape variety improvement and germplasm innovation provides the basis. The main results are as follows:1.Basic data statistics of 20 leaf traits of Vitis species.On the 26 Vitis species and 1 variety of the leaf traits of survey data, the number of traits of one kind of characteristics is respectively selected plant individual sample average number,quantitative traits and plant individual sample is selected each blade individual sample mean value of quantitative traits.2. Analysis of the variation coefficient of quantitative traits in grape plotsVarious quantitative traits in grape species is big, average coefficient of variation of more than 10%. One of the biggest variation characters of leaf base is the incision depth, the average coefficient of variation is as high as 41.18%; Main lateral veins of arteries and veins in logarithmic variation is small, the average coefficient of variation was 10.51%. Variation within the same character in different kinds of different levels.3. The Vitis variation coefficient analysis of quantitative traitsEvery character variation coefficient is bigger between different vitis species, in addition to the main lateral veins of arteries and veins logarithmic variation coefficient was 20.78%,other traits in interspecific variation coefficient were more than 30%. Leaf base to the coefficient of variation between the incision depth in grape taxa is as high as 63.79%. Grape relation between each character variation coefficient is bigger than the corresponding properties in Vitis all sorts of coefficient of variation in the average.4. The quality traits of Vitis blade and its law of variation analysisAnalyzes the relation between grape type transition between sex and kind of phenomenon, combination of intraspecific polymorphism and interspecific variation law of transient analysis guess some quality traits. Such as: leaf type have entire leaf- lobed leaf the change of the compound leaf.5. Morphological types of cluster analysis(1) R type cluster: 20 leaf traits in the coefficient of correlation distance is about 0.23 disposition is divided into 3 groups; Some properties are relatively independent, but some characters in the group presents two related phenomenon, such as leaf base types and leaf base Angle, leaf length and leaf width, etc.(2) The individual plant as sample clustering: through the experiment collected 141 individual plant Q type cluster analysis, found that 141 individual plants in most of the same kind of basic to gather in together, once again proved that the research selected character is reasonable; Distance between individual plant and other plants of the same species is big,embodies the polytypism of intraspecific phenomenon.(3)The collection of 26 Vitis species and 1 subspecies clustering, divided into three groups, the first group and the second group were divided into three subgroups. Clustering results show that V. betulifolia with V. wilsoniae, Vitis hui with V. bellula, V.romanetii with V.heyneana have close relation, V. hancockii as a set of independent, relationships with other species vitis is far away, and it is recognized as the researchers on the morphological characteristics of unique one kind of performance. Cluster grouping results with previous research results, there are both the same and difference between some kinds of group disputes between different research results.
