Wheat’ability to accumulate selenium is the strongest in cereal crops, wheat were taken as the research object in this experiment, The foliage fertilizer as the source of selenium, foliar spraying as the method, study on the effect of organic selenium fertilizer to Yield and grain quality of winter wheat. In order to understand the effect of selenium on Yield and grain quality of different wheat varieties under different cultivation conditions, to provide theoretical basis for improving the nutritional quality of wheat. The results were as follows:1. After foliar spraying the plant nutrients enriched with organic selenium, wheat yield has been increased significantly in Xiaoyan 22, Dengfeng 168, Zhongmai 895, Jiumai 2 hao.Xiaoyan 22’s increment in Fengxiang is 513 kg / hm2, Dengfeng 168’s increment in Qishan is 382.5 kg / hm2, Zhongmai 895’s increment in Qishan is 367.5 kg / hm2, Jiumai 2 hao’s increment in Wugong is 527.5 kg / hm2, increased by sequentially up to 7.8%, 4.0%, 4.4%, 8.1%, reached significant level.2. Spraying selenium fertilizer had some effect on the yield structure of different varieties, and the effect was related to the genotype.In Fengxiang, Xiaoyan 22’s grains per spike has increased 0.6 ear / grain, the rate of increase is 2.8%; Zhongmai 895 ’s grains per spike has increased 0.6 ear / grain, the rate of increase is 2.6%; Jiumai 2 hao ’s grain weight has increased 2.2 g, the rate of increase is 3.7%; Dengfeng 168’s grain weight has increased 2.7 g, the rate of increase is 5.6%; all above’s difference reached the significant level.3. The effect of selenium fertilizer on grain quality of the same wheat variety was different in different test sites, which was related to the ecological region and other factors. Compared with the control: In Fengxiang,Xiaoyan 22’s sedimentation value increased by 4.5 ml, the rate of increase is 11.5%. In Sanyuan, Xiaoyan 22’s sedimentation value increased by 3.3 ml, the rate of increase is 10.4%; In Fengxiang,Xiaoyan 22’s tensile area increased by 5.5 cm2, the rate of increase is 9.9%. In Sanyuan, Xiaoyan 22’s tensile area increased by 3.0 cm2, the rate of increase is 5.9%. In Fengxiang, Xiaoyan 22’s ductility increased by 5.2 mm, the rate of increase is 3.4%. In Sanyuan, Xiaoyan 22’s ductility increased by 1.1 mm, the rate of increase is 0.7%. In Fengxiang,Xiaoyan 22’s maximum tensile resistance increased 17.8 BU, the rate of increase is 6.5%. In Sanyuan, Xiaoyan 22’s maximum tensile resistance increased 3.5 BU, the rate of increase is 1.2%. In Wugong, Xiaoyan 22’s maximum tensile resistance increased 1.9 BU, the rate of increase is 0.7%. Besides, In Fengxiang,Xiaoyan 22’s density has increased 18.8 g/L, the rate of increase is 2.4%. The hardness has increased 2.7%, the rate of increase is 3.7%, The water absorption rate has increased 1.9%, the rate of increase is 3.3%. In Sanyuan, Xiaoyan 22’s stable time prolonged 0.7 min, the rate of prolong is 17.4%. all the the difference above has reached significant level. But there is no obvious difference in Qishan.4 In the same test site, the effect of selenium fertilizer on different wheat varieties’ grain quality is different, which is also related to the genotype.In Fengxiang, Xiaoyan 22 and Changfeng 2112’ bulk density were respectively increased 2.4% and 0.7% compared with the control group, which showing significant difference.While the density difference of other varieties were not significant. Dengfeng 168 and Changfeng 2112’ stability time were respectively increased 16.1% and 12.7% compared with control group, which showing significant difference, but no significant differences in other varieties of stable time. Jiumai 2 hao in hardness, wet gluten content, water absorption rate, ductility, maximum tensile resistance have been improved,but the effect of wheat grain quality on selenium fertilizer of Zhongmai 895 had no significant differences on treatment and control group.
