Stropharia rugoso-annulata crisp taste and rich nutrition,with high economic benefits. However,the domestic production of fewer varieties, degeneration of species, is the key factor that inhibit the development of the industry.Therefore, the hybrid breeding of its has an important practical application value.This study selected 6 Stropharia rugoso-annulata strains, 426 strains of hybrid strains were obtained through the single spore hybridization, on the screen, the main results were as follows:1. Through the comparison of the characteristics of the 6 varieties of Stropharia rugoso-annulata strains,has been clear about the differences of the characteristics of different strains.At the same time,using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to select the good strains suitable for local conditions.Evaluation results show that: Sr-9, Sr-7, Sr-1, Sr-8 traits best and most excellent strains, Sr-2 is general strains,poor production performance of Sr-14.2. 52 mononuclear strains isolated from single spore; 426 new crossing progenies strains were obtained by microscope checking.3. By measuring the growth of hybrids in different materials.In salix sawdust and apple sawdust, that growth index of hybrids were screened.The results showed that Sr2-9-45, Sr7-9-10, Sr2-9-40, Sr2-9-12, Sr1-9-11 and Sr2-9-3 in salix sawdust growth good, their growth were parents of 1.36, 1.32, 1.30, 1.27, 1.26 and 1.24 times. The hybrid strains Sr1-7-61, Sr1-7-19, Sr1-7-20 and Sr1-9-11 grew well on the apple sawdust; the growth rate was 1.61, 1.56, 1.55 and 1.03 times of the parent.4. After the fruiting test of the hybrid strain, there are 4 hybrids, and the growth period is shortened 5 days compared with the parent.
