In this research, the nutritional physiology of Stropharia rugoso-annulata,the studies of temperature influences on Stropharia rugoso-annulata,the best formula for the yield and the influences of soil cover materials of Stropharia. The main research output was following:1. For the purpose of Stropharia nutritional physiology, the size of colony and surface mycelium growth vigor was used to measure the effects of various carbon and nitrogen sources, their concentrations, mineral elements and phytohormone on growth of Stropharia rugoso-annulata.The results are demonstrated that fructose, glucose, maltose and sucrose were the top three best carbon sources for mycelial growth.Fructose was the most utilized, followed in order glucose, maltose and sucrose. All organic and inorganic sources investigated improved growth with peptone being the best thing, followed by ammonium sulfate and diamantine phosphate.Among the phytohormones tested,3.75 mg?L-1 triacontanol,4.08 mg?L-1 GA3 and 6.21 mg?L-1 NAA stimulated mycelial growth.2. After a cold stimulation treatment,Stropharia spores was produced,we determined its optimum germination temperature is 28.3. The best temperature for the hypha growth is 26.When the temperature is 18.7, the yield and amount of Stropharia are larger. The optimum temperature for morphological characteristics of Stropharia is 16~19.4. Using binary quadratic general rotary unitized design,to explore the effects of sawdust, wheat and corn cob on the yield of Stropharia militaries. The results show that the best percents of sawdust, wheat and corn cob are 67.37%,20.57%,11.51%.5. By comparing different casing materials and soil thickness on Stropharia yield,we can conclude that the casing materials and soil thickness are soil/sawdust 4 cm are the most productive ways.
