Stropharia rugoso-annulata is a kind of delicious,high protein,low fat and health care rare edible fungus,rich in minerals,protein,vitamins,and polysaccharides and other nutrients,is very high nutritional value and medicinal value,is one of the top ten mushrooms mushrooms international trade market.Rich cellulose,hemicellulose and lignin are the key factors to provide main nutrition for the edible fungi,and the following ingredients are not only contained in the seeds of rape,but also a large amount of crude protein,crude fat and calcium and phosphorus,so it has the natural advantage of cultivated edible fungi.In recent years,stacking and surface burning are common forms of rape straw treatment in recent years.Such improper treatment of rape straw will not only cause waste of resources,but also bear great pressure on the environment.In this experiment,the research object of the cultivation of Stropharia rugoso-annulata covered with rapeseed material was to observe the influence of the leaching solution of different mixture and the different ratio of the cultivated material on the mycelium of Stropharia rugoso-annulata.Through the fruiting experiments of fruiting bodies,statistical analysis was made on the yield,mushroom shape index,biological efficiency,economic benefits,and heavy metals of Stropharia rugoso-annulata with different ratios of cultivars.The following conclusions are drawn:(1)In this experiment,we found that the growth potential and growth rate of the mycelium of E were the fastest by analyzing the influence of the leach and the different ratio of the cultivated material on the mycelium of Stropharia rugoso-annulata.(2)Through fruiting body cultivation,it was found that the mushroom shape index,yield,biological efficiency and economic benefits of E were the largest.(3)Through the analysis of different parts of the fruit body of Stropharia rugoso-annulata,the heavy metal detection of lead and cadmium was carried out.It was found that for different content of heavy metals,the enrichment effect of heavy metals in different parts of Stropharia rugoso-annulata is not the same.The content of lead and cadmium in the cap is higher than that in the stipe.However,the content of heavy metals in fruit bodies is not exceeding the standard,which meets the national hygienic standard for edible fungi.
