The lack of cultivated land resource, recycling of agricultural waste, serious soil-borne pests and diseases from continuous cropping obstacles in conventional facilities agricultural. Currently, coconut husk, because of it has many advantages, for instance, good water retention, good ventilation, slow natural decomposition rate, comprehensive processing technic, lower cost, convenient transportation, has been most widely used in facility cultivation. In this paper, Tomato varieties " Shouhuo " as test materials, Cultivation of coconut husk substrate as treatment, Cultivation of vermiculite substrate as Comparison, was studied on the effect of different substrate treatment on the tomato yield, the agronomic traits, physiological characteristic, and the amount of bacteria, actinomyces and fungi rhizosphere, The main result are as follows:1. The effect of coconuthusksubstrate cultivation on tomato agronomic traits, yield and qualityThis study shows that coconut husk substrate bags cultivated have a positive impact on tomato plant growth and development, These aspects, for example, Plant height, stem diameter, leaf length, leaf width, leaf number and fruit weight, were better than those of contrast. In period of planting 20-60d, the height was significantly higher than that of contrast, the difference was 8.6%,6.3%,6.9%,6.7%,7.6%; In period of planting 40-60d, stem diameter was significantly higher than that of contrast, the difference was 5.7%,5.4%,5.8%; In period of planting 20-40d and 60d, blade length was higher than that of contrast, the difference was 7.7%,5.6%,7.6%,6.1%; on planting 20-50d, blade broadly was significantly greater than that of contrast, the difference was 6.7%,4.1%,6.1%,6.8%; leaves on planting 40-60d, the number of was more than that of contrast, the differences were 6.7%,4.5%,3.7%. Tomato Yield (calculated to 24) of coconut husk substrate cultivation was 102.368 kg, was higher 4.17% than that of vermiculite cultivation of 98.136 kg.2. The effect of coconut husk substrate cultivation on physiological characters of tomatoDuring early harvest stage, the content of total N of leaves was significantly higher than the that of contrast, the difference was 10.0%; on mid-harvest stage, the content of total P of leaves was higher 6.6%than that of contrast, the content of total N and K of plant stem increased by 8.4% and 7.2% compared with contrast. The content of total N, P, K of Plant leaves and stems were no significant differences in the rest of the period. In terms of the water content of plant, there was no significant difference in leaf between them, but the water content of stem was higher 3.6%than that of contrast.Except the early harvested period, The VC content of fruit significantly higher than that of contrast, the difference was 5.0% and 9.7%. However, in the early harvested period, the content of soluble sugar and organic acid significantly higher than that of contrast, the difference was 9.4% and 13% respectively.3. Dynamic changes in the amount of rhizosphere microorganism in coconut husk substrate cultivationIn five investigate stages, including fruit formation stage, entire harvest stage and withered stage, the amount of bacteria were more than that of contrast, the differences were 40.0%,62.6%,52.9%,46.0%,69.4%.the amount of fungi were the same, the differences were 57.6%,71.8%,68.4%,41.5%,46.7%. In the early harvest period, the amount of actinomycetes reduced by24.2%. In withered stage, that increase by 26.4%.4. Dynamic changes in enzymes activity of rhizosphere in coconut husk substrate cultivationIn entire harvest stage, the catalase activities was significantly higher than that of contrast, the differences were 13.6%,12.0%,11.0%. At the mid-harvest and withered stage, the neutral phosphatase activities were significantly higher than that of contrast, the differences were 26.1%,9.7%.At the mid-harvest and post-harvest and withered stage, the urease activities were significantly higher than that of contrast, the differences were 29.7%,18.3%,18.7%. Except of the post-harvest stage, the sucrose activities were significantly higher than that of contrast, the differences were 36.3%,30.1%,12.7%, and 8.1%.
