Now the rapid development of society,science and technology developed,but life and waste also increased with the development,resulting in the destruction of the natural environment,we live in the environment will be worse.So green has become the focus of attention..In agricultural production,most of the seedling matches used are peat and vermiculite in a ratio of 2:1 or 3:1.Peat is a valuable natural resource,due to the non-renewable nature of peat,with the people's mining and use,the content of peat will be less and less,the price of the purchase of peat will be higher and higher.It is imperative to find alternatives to peat.Rice husk is a waste in rice production,with the people on the large demand for rice,rice husk production will be higher and higher.The use of rice husk a lot,after treatment of rice husky can be made of feed,due to the rice husk itself is well-ventilated and difficult to ferment characteristics,rice husk can be used for fermentation bed litter.The rice husk will produce carbonized rice husk or rice husk ash under different temperature combustion.All of them can be used as seedling seedling for seeding and carbonized rice husk,which can significantly reduce the bulk density of the matrix.Due to the low density of carbonized rice husk and the characteristics of light weight,the operation of plate raising and transportation in nursery becomes more relaxed,and the cost of nursery can be reduced to a great extent.The experiment was to study the physical and chemical properties and horticultural characteristics of carbonized rice husk as seedling substrate and the effect on the growth and quality of fruit and vegetable panicle and the feasibility and function of carbonized rice husk to replace peat.Carbonized rice husk as a seedling substrate can reduce the weight of the matrix,but different proportions of carbonized rice hulls have different physical and chemical properties.The carbonized rice husk and perlite and vermiculite are mixed in different proportions to form a matrix,(Carbonized rice husk:perlite:vermiculite = 6:2:2),treated three(carbonized rice husk:perlite:vermiculite = 4:3:3),treatment of four(carbonized rice husk:perlite:vermiculite = 2:4:4),the use of this compound matrix for tomato and cucumber nursery,qimiao after watering nutrient solution,The matrix is called Y series,and the corresponding treatments are Y1,Y2,Y3,Y4.The effects of carbonized rice husk and herbs on the growth and development of fruit and vegetable panicle seedlings were analyzed by studying the physicochemical properties,element content and the physiological indexes of tomato and cucumber seedlings and the physicochemical properties of seedlings.On the basis of this study,the same quality of the nutrient agent was added to the different proportion of the matrix,and the compound matrix was added as the M series.The corresponding treatments were Ml,M2,M3 and M4.And the physical and chemical properties and the content of nutrient elements were determined.By studying the physiological indexes and physicochemical properties of tomato and cucumber seedlings,the effects of adding compound matrix of nutrient agent on the growth and quality of fruit and vegetable plug were analyzed.Y series and M series were compared with the control CK(thousands of Wo soilless seedling substrate)in the porosity,pH value,EC value and element content of the matrix.The effects of the emergence time,emergence rate,seedling height,stem diameter,chlorophyll content,leaf area,fresh weight and dry weight,soluble protein content,free proline content,soluble total sugar Content,root activity,and so on.The results of the trial are:(1)Different proportion of carbonized rice husk compound matrix,Y3(carbonized rice husk:perlite:vermiculite = 4:3;3),Y4(carbonized rice husk:perlite:vermiculite = 2:4:4)From the physical and chemical properties of the composite matrix performance is good,especially Y4 and control CK indicators of the most close to the appropriate growth and development of fruit and vegetable panicle seedlings further study;(2)Seedlings were planted with nutrient solution,and the growth of seedlings was improved.The growth of seedlings in Y series was the most obvious,especially in the growth condition,and there was significant difference with the control CK.From the seedling quality Point of view,Y series for fruit and vegetable type plug seedlings growth and development;(3)Adding matrix of mating agent in the matrix physical and chemical properties and elemental content,treatment M4 and control CK is closer,and better than other treatment;(4)The addition of nutrient agent matrix in the nursery effect as CK CK nursery effect,the M4(carbonized rice husk:perlite:vermiculite-2;4:4,plus the mother of the nursery)nursery effect close to the control CK.
