Juicy Peach is widely cultivated in China as the main kind of peach, it has beautiful appearance, rich nutrition, good meaning. The fruit has glucose, fructose, sucrose and other sugars; organic malic acid, citric acid and other acids, also has protein, crude fiber, vitamin C and other nutrients. As a result of early peach, high yield and good stability, easy cultivation and management, compared to other fruit trees are more likely to obtain benefits, so many fruit growers like to grow peaches. But the management of planting is generally extensive by using nitrogen fertilizer, phosphate fertilizer and little potash fertilizer and organic fertilizer. Other cultivation problems together result in bad fruit flavor. This experiment took peach superior III-5-30 as the research object, studied the effects on quality of peach fruit, nutrients, fruit tree nutrient, peach fruit economic benefits under different dosage of potassium fertilizer. The main results are as follows:1. Increasing the dosage of potassium fertilizer can significantly improve the quality of the fruit. The effect of potassium fertilizer on fruit shape index is not so significant. Compared with the treatment of NPK0, the longitudinal diameter and transverse diameter of NPK4(urea 300 g, phosphate diammonium 150 g, potassium sulfate 600g) were increased by 31% and 30%, and potassium fertilizer increase the single fruit weight by by promoting fruit horizontal diameter and vertical diameter. Based on the use of chemical fertilizers, foliar fertilizer(NPK3-K) can reach similar results.2. Potassium fertilizer could increase the nutrient content of fruit. Adding potassium fertilizer could increase the content of soluble solid, soluble sugar, acid and vitamin C, and improve the taste of fruit. The content of soluble solid and vitamin C increased by 42% and 53% under the treatment of NPK4. The acidity of fruit showed a decreasing trend with the increase of potassium fertilizer, while the soluble sugar content showed an increasing trend, which increased the ratio of sugar/acid from the both two factors. The application of leaf fertilizer(K) on the basis of potassium fertilizer could reduce the acidity of fruit and increase the ratio of sugar to acid.3. The potassium fertilizer could increase the fruit firmness, and extended the storage period of fruit. The test shows that leaf fertilizer of calcium can significantly improve fruit storage properties, such as promoted the fruit hardness, extended storage period of room temperature(25 degrees C) and low temperature(4 degrees Celsius) under. At low temperature, the storage period can be extended up to 3-4 days.4. Potassium fertilizer could significantly increase mineral elements in each organ of peach trees. The results showed that when the use of potassium fertilizer was increased, the contents of N, P,, K, Ca, Mg in peach trees were increased in different degrees. But after more than a certain level(450g), the content of Mg and Ca would decrease.5. Potash fertilizer could increase the content of soluble sugar, soluble starch in branches and leaves. At this period, the branches and leaves grown slowly and the nutrients were stored in plant organs, the content of soluble sugar and starch can reflect the resistance at a certain.
