Study On Dairy Management Based On The Quality Traceability System

In recent years,food quality issues have occurred frequently.With the improvement of living standards,people have dedicated a lot to pursue higher quality of life,thus,giving rise to the increasingly popularity of green food and organic food.With the development of networking technology and people’s urgent demand for food quality and safety,traceability of many agricultural products’ production,processing,logistics and selling has been realized so that consumers can buy quality-assured meats and vegetables,especially meats.Also,traceability system of meat products has been very mature due to government’s stringent requirements.Since the Sanlu Incident in 2008,dairy in dustries in China have been influenced.Many consumers lost their confidence in domestic dairy products and rush to buy foreign ones.Due to the special nature of dairy products including convenience for storing and collecting,as well as the short shelf life,traceability system of dairy products has still not been improved.The entire dairy supply chain of many companies,from the management,producing,collection and processing,to transporting and selling,is half-baked.Quality traceability of most of those companies can be completed from processing and selling,while,part of the collection of raw milk is missing.Now China is toward large-scale dairy farming,information technology,fine direction,intensification of dairy farming will gradually replace the retail and dairy farming community and other small-scale dairy farming mode.In large-scale dairy farm,for the daily management of dairy cows,we have gradually realized automation and information in real time for each cow health monitoring,and to determine their daily feed each cow according to individual circumstances as well as different types of feed ration ratio.In existing dairy farm management,for the use of quality tracing system is relatively lacking,if the quality tracing system can be applied to everyday dairy meticulous management,particularly milk production and feed ration.Therefore we can trace back to the cow admission information,daily health information,the daily feed ration of cows and other relevant information on the case by milk production batch,which is a focus of this article.This article summarizes and draws the quality traceability systems of agricultural products,which are relatively mature,and creates quality traceability system for dairy products supply.According to needs for dairy management,this article designs dairy management system to achieve traceability of raw milk for raw milk collection.Design and implementation of dairy management system based on the quality traceability system can not only provide enterprises with an automated dairy farm management,reduce labor,reduce dairy farming costs,improve efficiency and quality of milk production but also be able to real-time monitor on the health of the cows,achieve tracking and traceability of the quality of raw milk production and collection.
