In this paper, we use the technology of molecular markers-PCR-SSCP to analyze three candidate genes in purebred sows of duroc, large white and landrace. Find four polymorphism loci in three genes-APN, FASN, PRKAG3 and do correlation analysis with meat quality traits(Including backfat, lean meat percentage, eye muscle area, thickness of eye muscle, intramuscular fat). The purpose is to provide certain scientific basis for the research of improving pork quality. The results are as follows:(1)Gene APN:There is a mutation Gâ†'C in the exon 1 280th position, the not mutated genotype is named AA, mutated genotype is named BB, heterozygous genotype is named AB. The allele B can significantly(P<0.01 or P<0.05) improve the lean meat percentage, the eye muscle area, the thickness of eye muscle of large white, moreover, it can significantly(P<0.05) improve the intramuscular fat of landrace.(2)Gene FASN:There is a mutation Câ†'A in the intron 2 19th position, the mutated genotype is named CC, not mutated genotype is named DD, heterozygous genotype is named CD. There is a mutation Câ†'T in the intron 2 491st position, the not mutated genotype is named EE, mutated genotype is named FF, heterozygous genetype is named EF. The allele C can significantly(P<0.01 or P<0.05) improve the lean meat percentage, the eye muscle area, the thickness of eye muscle of large white; The allele D can significantly improve the intramuscular fat of large white(P< 0.05); The allele E can significantly improve the intramuscular fat of large white(P <0.05); The allele F can significantly(P<0.01 or P<0.05) improve the lean meat percentage, the eye muscle area, the thickness of eye muscle of large white, it also can significantly reduce the backfat of large white(P<0.05).(3)Gene PRKAG3:There is a mutation Câ†'A in the exon 2 31st position, the mutated genotype is named GG, not mutated genotype is named HH, heterozygous genotype is named GH. The polymorphism locys has little impact on the meat quality traits of three pig breeds.This study find many outstanding alleles, it has some guiding roles in the choice of pork quality.
