Atractylodes japonica(A.japonica Koidz.et Kitam) of Authentic ingredients in Jilin province, mostly in the Yanbian Changbai Mountain, had high medicinal value. As artificial cultivation technology of Atractylodes japonica is not perfected, and its germination rate is very low in the natural environment, which eventually makes the number of wild Atractylodes japonica decrease and the price of Atractylodes japonica raise every year.and then which also makes the channel of getting Atractylodes japonica influence in medicine industry.In order to save resources of wild Atractylodes japonica,the experiment has researched from seed germination, treatment of seeding stage and fertilization technology field,to provide a theoretical basis for the key to cultivation technology of Atractylodes japonica.These are the following conclusions:1.The germination rate of Atractylodes japonica are all lower (not more than 60%)at 24 h,12 h and 0 h for three light treatment.In addition,the seed germination of Atractylodes japonica is the fastest at 0 h light treatment.And its seed germination potential was 45.67%, seed germination rate was 57.33%, seed germination index was 21.17 and vigor index was 39.24.2.The cover with rice straws and needles litter on rate of emergence of Atractylodes japonica was significantly higher than the control, and the treatment of needles was best.The rate of emergence was up to 79.11%.3.The biological traits indicators of Atractylodes japonica seedlings of cover with rice straws and needles in plant height,leaf length,leaf width and chlorophyll content,etc was higher than the control.And the every indicators of seedling about the treatment of needles was higher than rice straw with seedling.4.Considering the production and active ingredients, the optimum plan of NPK fertilization model is selected of N0P2K2 (N 0g/m2, P20540.227 g/m、K2O 40.227 g/m2) and N1P3K3(N 15.939 g/m2、P2O567.467 g/m2、K2O67.467 g/m2).So suggest the fertilizing amount of Atractylodes japonica planted by people is N 46.951-59.320 kg/hm2, P131.673-155.377kg/hm2 and K 120.091 ~ 134.597 kg/hm2.5.By means of regression equation with NPK ratio and production (rhizome fresh weight) of Atractylodes japonica, we find that potassium is the major factor in NKP single effect, with nitrogen followed by.6.According to the regression model, we obtain the best combination which consist of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium.27.4066 g is the highest fresh weight of Atractylodes japonica root when the fertilization level of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium is respectively 38.4301 kg/hm2、181.4750 kg/hm2、128.5584 kg/hm2;7.The target fresh weight of Atractylodes japonica is selected as 26.00 g~27.41g per plant according to the model optimizationa results(Target productivity:1040.0 kg/hm2~1096.4 kg/hm2). In 95% confidence interval, the best fertilizer combinations is X1=-0.2912~0.0825, X2=0.2764~0.1054 and X3=0.1325±0.0645, thus the optimized fertilization is N 46.9506-59.3198 kg/hm2, P 131.6731~155.3765 kg/hm2 and K 120.0913~134.5967 kg/hm2.
