Camellia oil is a unique woody edible oil tree species in China which market demand is huge.In order to speed up the development of tea industry of our country and improve the tea picking efficiency, Camellia fruit harvesting must realize the mechanization as soon as possible. However, due to the complex terrain of the planting area,it is necessary to consider the safety and security of the operator when the vehicle is driving on steep slope in the design of the picking machine.In view of this demand, on the basis of the design and development of the chassis of the tutor’s research group and under the premise of improving the sensitivity of chassis control and ensuring the safety of workers,a double station speed changing mechanism is designed, which is suitable for the track chassis.In this paper, the double station speed changing mechanism of the fruit picking machine is studied as the research object, the research contents are as follows:1、Design of the double station speed changing mechanism:According to the design requirements of the crawler chassis, shift parameters of the transmission and the overall structure of the chassis of picking machine, the general layout scheme and the design scheme of the mechanism are proposed, and the design scheme is verified by the 3D drawing software.2、Establishment of equation of motion of the mechanism:At first, the double station speed changing mechanism is decomposed into two sub mechanisms, the front and rear swing sub mechanism and the left and right swing sub mechanism.The degrees of freedom are calculated respectively. The vector projection method and the coordinate transformation method are used to deduce and simplify the equations of motion of the two swing sub mechanisms and the equation of motion of the sub mechanism is established finally.3、Kinematic analysis of the mechanism:According to the established equations of motion of the mechanism,the change of angular displacement, angular velocity,angular acceleration of the transmission shift lever and the influence of related variables on the kinematic characteristics are analyzed.4、Dynamic analysis of static characteristics of the mechanism:The relationship equation between the driving torque and the drag torque was derived by establishing the dynamic model of the double station speed changing mechanism. The dynamic static characteristics of the mechanism ware analyzed. Finally, the change law of driving torque with unknown variables is obtained.5、Dynamic simulation analysis of the mechanism:Through the kinematics analysis and the dynamic analysis of static characteristics of the mechanism,determine the values of the unknown variables on the basis of the using requirements of the existing chassis.Dynamic simulation analysis of front and rear swing sub mechanism and left and right swing sub mechanism is carried out by ADAMS software.The kinematic characteristics of the mechanism, the driving torque and the force of the hinge were measured and the relative characteristic curves were drawn.
