With the continuous enhancement of people’s consciousness of ecological environment protection, the industrial production of grass blanket, beneficial for ecological environment, has become an inevitable trend. Aiming at the current research on the domestic grass blanket quilting machine and existing problems, the author has developed a highly-efficient ecological grass blanket quilting machine. The process and production of the grass blanket will be changed from the artificial planting to streamline production supported by mechanization. The labor intensity is reduced, and the production efficiency is improved.As the core components of the high-speed sewing machine, neddle bar mechanism and crochet-hook mechanism play vital roles in high-speed quilting machine used for ecological grass blanket, movement and dynamic characteristics. The factors mentioned above have great influence on the performance of the whole machine. In this paper, the main components of the high-speed quilting affect the kinetic properties of mechanism design and analysis of main components. The main contents are as follows:Through the analysis of the grass blanket sewing characteristics, combined with the production requirements, and puts forward the necessity of design and dynamics analysis of mechanism of the main parts of the high-speed ecological grass blanket quilting machine.Based on the requirements for production and design, the general design scheme has been brought up. Through the analysis of the sewing process, including the motion sequence analysis of the different mechanism, the mating and motion analysis of the sewing part and the thread-hooking mechanism, the working flow diagram has been put forward. The main components of the machine are designed, and built a virtual prototype model of high-speed quilting machine.Based on the Lagrange equation, the expressions of the centroid displacement, velocity and acceleration are established. Besides, the total kinetic energy and potential energy of the mechanism are calculated. By Lagrange equation, dynamic equation of the mechanism is established, while the dynamic characteristics of sewing machine are analyzed,The function relation between the output (Li Ju), the mass (moment of inertia), speed (angular velocity).Through the dynamics simulation analysis of the high-speed quilting machine kinematics and dynamics characteristic curve. Understand the main joints force and moment, stress test exercise side effect on the whole machine.The modal analysis of the resonance on the sewing machine frame, is conducted with the finite element method. The first 6 order natural frequency and vibration mode diagram of the upper frame has been harvested.Analysis of the resulting results system does not produce resonance phenomenon, and according to the mode and found the upper frame machine beam is adopted to optimize object.In this paper, The results of the dynamics analysis verify the correctness of the model. The movement characteristics and the stress distribution meet with the requirements of the exact work. The conclusions of the research and data can be regarded as references for the optimization design in the future.
